The Justice Department is reviewing the conduct of an employee who helped chase Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen from a Mexican restaurant on Tuesday, but First Amendment scholars say that she may be immune from workplace consequences.
Allison Hrabar, a Justice Department paralegal specialist and member of the Democratic Socialists of America, helped organize a dozen-person DSA-led contingent that chanted “shame” at Nielsen until she left MXDC Cocina Mexicana.
Hrabar came under intense scrutiny following the downtown D.C. protest, and political opponents demanded that she be fired for protesting Nielsen's role in separating suspected illegal immigrants from their children — a policy President Trump partially reversed Wednesday.

Such immunity only applies to leftists. If you are a conservative at many places of work, you hunker down and don't say a peep no matter how offensives things may be to you. No "First Amendment scholar" would ever speak in your defense. This is just another example of the double standards that exist all across America in the 21st century.

Freedom to express any opinion one wants is a natural God given right. But there is no right to weaponize the method of delivery of speech. There is no right to drive somebody from a public place by shouting or chanting, just as there is no right to shout down judges in their own court.

How about a group of Deplorables following them and getting in their faces while they’re out with their parents or friends? Or, how about their being treated exactly the same way they’ve been acting since President Trump was elected and that goes for the political hacks in DC as well? Do unto others as you would have them do onto you, ya think?

Allison Hrabar is a member of the Democrat Socialists of America. She organized fellow DSA members to harass Secy. Nielsen because Communists believe only they have rights. They are like the Antifa Facists who attempt to destroy anyone who disagree with them.

Obviously reviewing with an eye towards promotion. If she could hook up with some senior FBI goon she’ll get fast tracked to the top. She probably caught Mueller’s eye as well. Might be a bidding war between Mueller and Rosenweasel for talent like this.
