Sorry she is protected by the First Amendment, she was on her own time. BUT she made some tweets on Government time today that should be her undoing.

Nope, she was assaulting someone (causing a reasonable person to fear an immediate battery) and she was trespassing, probably stalking, and disorderly conduct.
First amendment doesn’t mean anywhere, anytime, on private property, and terrorizing people.
I don’t think the first amendment gives anyone the right to harangue and harass people sitting down to a meal in a restaurant without cause.
There is no freedom to assault. A threat or physical intimidation in assault.
