Gross negligence my fanny. As a minimum, she should be prosecuted for destruction of (subpoenae) evidence.

Then there’s that cattle futures scam, abetting rape, treason in Benghazi and Fast and Furious, to mention just a few ...

Yet she walks (waddles) free and Gen Flynn and Manafort face lifetimes in jail.

This country sucks!

Look at the steps Hillary took.

There is an absolutely amazing amount of time, money and effort that went into her criminal actions with classified material.

Negligence is returning a classified document to the wrong folder in a secure storage cabinet in a secure facility. And yes you could get into big trouble for just that.

Is that what she did?

She requested. She had built. She was warned. She ignored. She lied.

Nope.

Her actions aren’t negligent.

Her actions are criminal.

So what statute would you use to prosecute her?

She’s above the law.

Well, Guys and Gals in Federal Law enforcement::

It’s never too late to

“LOCK HER UP!”

(Just find a judge that’s on ‘our side’ and give her the Manafort treatment...for starters.)

“The case against Granny Xlinton was handed over to the voters”

No offense to you, but Ive heard so many elected Republicans say this. I whole heartedly disagree.

Her NOT winning the most powerful office in the world is not punishment for criminal activity. She NEEDS to be tried and put in prison - as is what would be the case if you or I did the same thing.

(hat tip Robert A Cook PE)

So US Sec of State Hillary Clinton...

<><> holding a cabinet level position placing her in-line for the presidency...

<><>charged with making worldwide diplomatic decisions on behalf of the American people, and,

<><> to make contacts with world leaders to safeguard the safety and security of the citizenry .....

....had only 13 people in 4 years able to contact HER by email. And, when they did use email, it was illegal.

The case against Granny Xlinton was handed over to the voters.

Arguably, quite the contrary. Even before it was fully heard, the case was swept under the rug by corrupt offices prior to the election at enormous risk to America's future. It doesn't appear enough of the evidence would have been available after the election to throw Clinton out of office.

While you are correct about "bad optics and sullying" at the time, there now ought to be a substantial penalty paid by the actors. Indeed, it could be and perhaps should be argued that this is an "overthrow" type of criminal action.

Hillary Clinton Can Be Prosecuted for Willful Gross Negligence

If only we had someone in charge who tells the attorney general to start prosecuting people.

The rumor mill said a while back that a conversation was overhead in D.C. between two Democrats with the line “we may not be able to protect Hillary much longer.” I hope that’s true!!!

We’re seeing an extinction-level conflict between a heinous masked entity and an open-faced Alliance of patriots and the God-fearing.

If Hillary is the most attractive mask the cabal can bring forth, one shudders to contemplate what squirms beneath.

We’ll know it’s on for real when the mask comes off.
