Apparently, all children of the world should be allowed to roam the country freely.
Laura Bush wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post of all places against President Trump on Sunday. She was silent during the Obama years.
“I live in a border state. I appreciate the need to enforce and protect our international boundaries, but this zero-tolerance policy is cruel,” Bush wrote. “It is immoral. And it breaks my heart.”
She continued on by comparing the separated children’s “shelter” to World War II Japanese internment camps.

Why don’t they ask her about the impact of her husband’s decisions on Christians in Iraq?
Trump is not responsible for the current policy and laws on how to handle illegal families and unaccompanied minors entering the US illegally. The current policy started under her husband and Obama expanded it.
Good to do graphics. Needs to also say how Laura supports cartels (aka coyotes) forcing these kids into child trafficking. And, how Laura supports PP separating children in the womb to sell body parts.

Parents and children who chose to sneak in illegally at other points along the border are locked up even if they do claim asylum.
Since the Clinton administration, it has been illegal to detain children with adults and separate detention is required.
To not detain border-jumping parents & children is a federal abdication of their Constitutional duty to protect Americans from rather than incentivize foreign invasion.

I always keep in mind that it was Progressive Republicans like Teddy Roosevelt and William Howard Taft that gave us Income Tax, Direct Election of Senators, and the Federal Reserve. While these were implemented during Woodrow Wilson’s tenure, these bad laws were begun during the Roosevelt and Taft administrations.
These children got used and we're doing the best we can.

What was so bad about her? Or for that matter, Lady Bird Johnson, who really was a long suffering wife of a notorious philanderer? Pat Nixon was also a decent lady, as far as I recall.
