"A second House committee staffer at the meeting backed up Patels account, writing: Let me just add that watching the Deputy Attorney General launch a sustained personal attack against a congressional staffer in retaliation for vigorous oversight was astonishing and disheartening.
Also, having the nations #1 (for these matters) law enforcement officer threaten to subpoena your calls and emails was downright chilling."
Rosenstein is the cancer of the Justice Department and must be removed.

This crap weasel should never have been left in President Trump’s DOJ. There should have been a mass firing the day after his inauguration.

Since when does RR have the authority to do any of that against the legislature? Did they get rid of the Separation of Powers when I was distracted?

Just what will it take for Rosenstein and some of the other coup plotters to get fired or otherwise removed? They seem to be a government and law unto themselves.

This is great. Rosenstein has stepped in it.
I wonder if this is why President Trump has let these guys run loose. Give them enough rope.....
Rosenstein will pay a price for his stupidity.

THIS IS NOT the ‘checks & balances’ as envisioned by the Founders. Instead it more smacks of violations of the 4th [unreasonable search & seizure] & 5th Amendments [immunity against self incrimination] (US Constitution Bill of Rights). It also smacks of an act of attainder by the executive branch, a power not given to them under the US Constitution.
