Those of which you speak are lazy and will not move

There is a significaant number of hired foreigners. If they leave, there are no replacements for miles. Some folks including engineers already travel for >40 miles one way.

They won't move halfway across the country at their own expense, for a chance to work six months or a year before being let go for a Third Worlder.

The tech companies are getting dangerously close to a situation analogous to the MGTOW "where have all the good men gone?" which 30-year-old women are facing.

Poor excuses. Pay Americans competively, help with move and many will. Too many companies find easier paths and throw out excuses to justified cheap foreign labor.
