Martha radical ass kicking things off with stuffy stephy dissing Trump on every little thing she thinks he has done wrong. Typical BS from the drivebys as they cover the summit between the norks and Trump. Their job will be to down play any possible gains Trump might get. The panel has already decided Trump summit will be a failure! They are worried he will try and make it a win, just mind boggling.

I had a nasty mother in law that didn’t like me. When I was marrying her daughter told my soon to be wife who relayed it to me that she will take care of the Wedding cake.

The wedding cake never arrived. We never knew until it was time to roll the cake out. The next day she said she went down to the baker and had a few words and got the top tier of the cake for us to freeze.

To this day I believe she sabotaged the cake delivery.

That’s what the baker should have done — knowing this was a contrived grievance. Just say yes, then ‘forget’ to make it.

Why can’t a restaurant owner deny people of color or any reason they don’t like a customer? Yet a baker can deny baking a darn cake for a Gay couple?

Pat, the baker will bake any cake or anything else for a gay couple, he just refuses to bake a cake that conveys a message that is against his religious beliefs.

What if a baker refused to sell a cake with the N word on it? What do you think the reaction of the liberals would be?

The issue was not baking them a cake or not. The baker was offering them any of his pre made cakes, including wedding cakes. >> His objection was having to create and express a specific design endorsing gay marriage. This was not a ready made cake but one specifically created for that specific gay marriage. This is COMPELLED speech. And that is what the ultimate issue is. You cannot be compelled to speak against your religious beliefs.

Wall Ass cut off Navarro just as he was going to make an important point on Canadian tariffs. The globalists don’t want the truth getting out. Goldberg was highly agitated today with his anti-Trumpism. Chaffetz was weak in Trump’s defense.

Keep in mind Cousin Mike that everyone else on this board is right.

I AM THE BAD GUY!

We shall agree to disagree.

However, I will admit I was not aware that the big issue was the WORDS on the cake. I been reading this story all weekend and never read that.

Bearing that in mind, tell me what those words were.

Doesn’t matter, I am in the wrong, I am a bad person, may the demon man murder me in mid of night.

I always considered FreeRepublic that sort of domain that respected the opiinions of others and gave space for them to express it.

How does it compare to telling "The Bloods" and "The Crips" they can't be in your restaurant?

Speaking of....

....I’ve been listening all week to tariff talk and this G7 conference.

Let me admit, I have absolutely no idea what a tariff is.

I will study up on it.

What I do know is that for years other countries have been using and abusing the good intentions of the American people AND the politicos who probably got paid off (think Clinton, Obama and Dubya) to allow the tariffs.

This is what Trump is bringing to the table and they hate him for it.

I have never seen such bias as with the drivebys. Especially when we have a potus poised to take care of a decades old problem the norks.

There is no United States of America to the left. Only power for themselves. They obviously hate the country and anyone on our side.

Basically, it a fine for selling ones goods in a foreign country.
In China if we sell cars to them from the U.S. the fine/tariff is 25%. If they sell cars to us the fine/tariff is 2.5%. Hardly fair we pay ten times what they pay and its been like that forever with every country in the world.
No U.S. President the guts to take on the tariff issue.
Finally Trump is doing the hard task of righting the wrongs of the US.

On their part it was just as silly and small.

FISH - this is the part that is at issue - the Queers are happy to bankrupt people who do not do their bidding. Some would say, I would say, they, these TWO Queers are no diff. than the Nazis during Cristal Nacht

Pat, the court agreed with the baker and defended his right not to bake the cake. The state of Colorado came down on the baker like a ton of bricks. It almost killed his business. The court held that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission showed hostility toward the baker based on his religious beliefs.

In 2012, David Mullins and Charlie Craig asked Phillips to bake a cake to celebrate their planned wedding, which would be performed in another state. Phillips said he couldn't create the product they were looking for without violating his faith.

"The Bible says, 'In the beginning there was male and female,'" Phillips said.

He offered to make any other baked goods for the men. "At which point they both stormed out and left," he said. Mullins and Craig filed a complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, which ruled in their favor, citing a state anti-discrimination law. Phillips took his case to the Colorado Court of Appeals, arguing that requiring him to provide a wedding cake for the couple violated his constitutional right to freedom of speech and free exercise of religion.

The court held that the state anti-discrimination law was neutral and generally applicable and did not compel Phillips' Masterpiece Cakeshop to "support or endorse any particular religious view." It simply prohibited Phillips from discriminating against potential customers on account of their sexual orientation.

The Trump administration sided with Phillips. "A custom wedding cake is not an ordinary baked good; its function is more communicative and artistic than utilitarian," Solicitor General Noel Francisco argued. "Accordingly, the government may not enact content-based laws commanding a speaker to engage in protected expression: An artist cannot be forced to paint, a musician cannot be forced to play, and a poet cannot be forced to write."

Russia used to be in the G8, they acted badly and were kicked out. The EU and especially Germany increased trade with Russia in the interim. Would bringing back Russia be a good thing to rein them in or is this just so much hypocrisy from the EU and the press?

“Is there just a little F.B.I. corruption in DC?”

Interesting stuff bouncing around the internet this week by an ‘anonymous’.... won’t be seen on Sunday Morning Shows...Enjoy:

“Is there just a little F.B.I. corruption in DC”

From 2001 to 2005 there was an ongoing investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

A Grand Jury had been empaneled.

Governments from around the world had donated to the “Charity”.

Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those “Donations” to the Clinton Foundation were declared.

Hmmm, now you would think that an honest investigator would be able to figure this out.

Guess who took over this investigation in 2002?

Bet you can’t guess.

No other than James Comey.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

Guess who was transferred in to the Internal Revenue Service to run
the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS?

Your friend and mine,Lois “Be on The Look Out” (BOLO) Lerner.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

It gets better, well not really, but this is all just a series of
strange coincidences, right?

Guess who ran the Tax Division inside the Department of Injustice from 2001 to 2005?

No other than the Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Rod Rosenstein.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

Guess who was the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation during this timeframe???

I know, it’s a miracle, just a coincidence, just an anomaly in statistics and chances, Robert Mueller.

What do all four casting characters have in common?

They all were briefed and/or were front line investigators into the Clinton Foundation Investigation.

Now that’s just a coincidence, right?

Ok, lets chalk the last one up to mere chance.

Let’s fast forward to 2009.

James Comey leaves the Justice Department to go and cash-in at Lockheed Martin.
Hillary Clinton is running the State Department, on her own personal email server by the way.

The Uranium One “issue” comes to the attention of Hillary.

Like all good public servants do, you know looking out for America’s best interest, she decides to support the decision and approve the sale of 20% of US Uranium to no other than, the Russians.

Now you would think that this is a fairly straight up deal, except it wasn’t, the People got absolutely nothing out of it.

However, prior to the sales approval, no other than Bill Clinton goeso Moscow, gets paid 500K for a one hour speech then meets with Vladimir Putin at his home for a few hours.

Ok, no big deal right?

Well, not so fast, the FBI had a mole inside the money laundering and bribery scheme.

Gues who was the FBI Director during this timeframe?

Yep, Robert Mueller.

He even delivered a Uranium Sample to Moscow in 2009.

Guess who was handling that case within the Justice Department out of the US Attorney’s Office in Maryland.

None other than, Rod Rosenstein.

Guess what happened to the informant?

The Department of Justice placed a GAG order on him and threatened to lock him up if he spoke out about it.

How does 20% of the most strategic asset of the United States of America end up in Russian hands when the FBI has an informant, a mole providing inside information to the FBI on the criminal enterprise?

Guess what happened soon after the sale was approved?

~145 million dollars in “donations” made their way into the Clinton Foundation from entities directly connected to the Uranium One deal.

Guess who was still at the Internal Revenue Service working the Charitable Division?

No other than, Lois Lerner.

Ok, that’s all just another series of coincidences, nothing to see here, right?

Let’s fast forward to 2015.

Due to a series of tragic events in Benghazi and after the 9 “investigations” the House, Senate and at State Department, Trey Gowdy who was running the 10th investigation as Chairman of the Select> Committee on Benghazi discovers that the Hillary ran the State Department on an unclassified, unauthorized, outlaw personal email server.

He also discovered that none of those emails had been turned over when she departed her “Public Service” as Secretary of State which was required by law.

He also discovered that there was Top Secret information contained within her personally archived email.

Sparing you the State Departments cover up, the nostrums they floated, the delay tactics that were employed and the outright lies that were spewed forth from the necks of the Kerry State Department, we shall leave it with this…… they did everything humanly possible to cover for Hillary.

Now this is amazing, guess who became FBI Director in 2013?

Guess who secured 17 no bid contracts for his employer (Lockheed Martin) with the State Department and was rewarded with a six million dollar thank you present when he departed his employer.

None other than James Comey.

Amazing how all those no-bids just went right through at State, huh?

Now he is the FBI Director in charge of the “Clinton Email
Investigation” after of course his FBI Investigates the Lois Lerner “Matter” at the Internal Revenue Service and exonerates her.

Nope couldn’t find any crimes there.

Can you guess what happened next?

In April 2016, James Comey drafts an exoneration letter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, meanwhile the DOJ is handing out immunity deals like candy.

They didn’t even convene a Grand Jury.

Like a lightning bolt of statistical impossibility, like a miracle from God himself, like the true “Gangsta” Homey is, James steps out into the cameras of an awaiting press conference on July the 8th of
2016, and exonerates the Hillary from any wrongdoing.

Can you see the pattern?

It goes on and on, Rosenstein becomes Asst. Attorney General, Comey gets fired based upon a letter by Rosenstein, Comey leaks government information to the press, Mueller is assigned to the Russian Investigation sham by Rosenstein to provide cover for decades of malfeasance within the FBI and DOJ and the story continues.

FISA Abuse, political espionage..... pick a crime, any crime, chances are...... this group and a few others did it.

All the same players.

All compromised and conflicted.

All working fervently to NOT go to jail themselves.

All connected in one way or another to the Clinton’s.

They are like battery acid, they corrode and corrupt everything they touch.

How many lives have these two destroyed?

As of this writing, the Clinton Foundation, in its 20+ years of operation of being the largest International Charity Fraud in the history of mankind, has never been audited by the Internal Revenue Service.

Let us not forget that Comey’s brother works for DLA Piper, the lawfirm that does the Clinton Foundation’s taxes.

Yes, Goldberg, a Never Trumper, was his usual self - Not sure what his issues are. I generally like his commentary.

Chaffetz - used to be more of a Tea Party person - something changed over the last Five-Six years

linda Graham and John McCain have been “best buds” for years. But I’ve noticed that the closer he comes to death the more radical McCain has become. Could this be a result of his brain tumor? Who knows/cares.

It appears that linda, who will soon have to carry the flag by herself, is backing away from McCain.

The tariffs are levied on the importer. US importers of Chinese cars pay 2.5% while Chinese importers of US cars pay 25%. Hence, it makes US cars far less competitive on the Chinese market. There is a reason why we run a trade deficit with almost every country in the world.

The US is the least protectionist country in the world. Yes, the US consumer benefits, but it kills American workers and incentivizes moving US companies outside of the country.

Canada and Mexico have been aiding and abetting the Chinese by allowing their goods to transit thru their countries taking advantage of NAFTA tariffs.
