Their liberal agenda was held hostage to Bill Clinton’s libertine appetites......enlightened policies for women and a record number of women in exalted posts demanded cover-ups for “Saturday Night Bill,” as the dark side of the president was dubbed.....now that Faustian deal of doing good for all women while being bad with a few was no longer on the table.
Hillary and other prominent feminists backed BJ’ed Bill; their henchmen willingly smeared Bill’s girlfriends and victims, calling them trailer trash, cash-for-trash, nutty and slutty.
.....it was Bill's narcissism and selfishness to force high-ranking women — Hillary, Madeleine Albright and Donna Shalala — to vouch for him when he knew the truth and could simply have admitted it, rather than lying, parsing and besmirching.
Feminists lost their way, demonizing Bill's women, treating them as collateral damage, human sacrifices to the sisterhood’s dream of a feminist president...they looked the other way when Hillary’s Bimbo Eruption Squad went on the attack---painting Lewinsky as a malicious stalker or a friendly fantasist, and Betsey Wright calling Bill’s women “bimbos” and “gold diggers”....... in Arkansas intimidating private investigators poked around the lives of Bill’s women.
Bill Clinton tried his usual trick of scapegoating, evoking JFK and LBJ----Clinton aides calling reporters to remind them. But by 1998, feminism had been flowering for 30 years. And J.F.K. was no role model in that regard.

After seeing how Hillary Clinton emerged after Bill Clinton’s Presidency, I’m convinced that he has been her puppet and ticket for years. Bill Clinton has the Southern Charm, the humor, and had the good looks and boyish personality to woo millions.
I believe that Hillary Clinton has been telling him what to do and when to do it all this time. It was the way both of them could rise to power. He’s too stupid to get it done alone, she’s too nasty to appeal to anyone. Bill was able to enjoy all the perks of the power, which seems to primarily have sex with whoever he was attracted to. Hillary wants the power to simply have power over people because she is a truly despicable and terrible person. So now, with people suddenly becoming opposed to rape and sexual harassment, Bill Clinton has no idea how to defend or atone for his actions, because he’s still stupid enough to believe that it was perfectly okay to behave in the wa that he did.
Hillary has probably realized (even though she will never admit it) that her power and influence have peaked. She has no use for Bill, so there’s no need to set up candid interviews beforehand, further defend his actions, or worry about the fallout. Things simply could not be any worse for the Clintons at this time. Their power is diminishing, their reputations are tanking faster than Kevin Spacey’s, and they may face prosecution in the near future.
When you make a Faustian bargain with the Devil, sooner or later he comes to collect. The Clintons are seeing their lives falling apart.

Not to be forgotten: Bill getting lewinskied thrust (pun intended) Hillary into national positioning----something she
desperately wanted. Bill apparently had held her back "til it was her turn." Now, overnight, Hillary was at the
top and she grabbed every opportunity. Maybe Hillary calculated she could help usher Pres Bill out the door, and
fulfill her dream.....being a presidential candidate.

She was an influence but Bill wasn’t a puppet. His instinct to go center for his 2nd term is something Hillary would have never done. JMO
Bill Clinton is on a book tour of a book with no sexual content. At the least Bill Clinton could have apologized to Tammy Wynette for what his wife said about her.
William F. Buckley could write about “Saving The Queen” with sexual content—OSS—and retire from public life gracefully.

I’ve often wondered why Michael Douglas revealed his oral sex admission and HPV. Was he just monumentally stupid or was something else going on?
Michael Douglas came clean about his sexual activities after he was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer of the tongue.
It was a shocking diagnosis-—even his doctor paled when he saw it.
Apparently Douglas has had months of chemo-—I dont know if he had surgery.
