Roberts, Breyer, Alito, Kagan, and Gorsuch join Kennedy’s opinion; Kagan concurs, joined by Breyer; Gorsuch concurs, joined by Alito. Thomas concurs in part and in the judgment.

Ginsburg dissents, joined by Sotomayor. So it’s 7-2.

Woo Hoo! Finally.......freedom of religion is one of the reasons this country was created! The Left has had its way in ALL things, for way too long. Respecting all LAWS is important, not just the laws you like.

Looking at SCOTUS blog a narrow ruling. The majority decision was the so called Civil Rights Commission was biased against people of faith. The court did not decide if the state has the ability to force the baker to make the cake.

Son to be 8-1. The constitution was written in plain language at the time where a simple farmer could understand the meaning. So now were overeducated idiots who cant read at all.

Can’t wait for the fake news to dissect this one.

Great news. Should be made into breaking news. Religious freedom still exists—barely.
