There is a group of people that the Clintons need to fund continuously and fairly lavishly because they know the inside details of all the Clinton crimes and failings. In Huma's case, they arranged for 3 and even 4 simultaneous salaries at the time that Hillary headed the State Dept.
Whether the Clintons are in office or not, they have to keep paying these people. That is easiest when they are in office as you can give them jobs on the taxpayers' dime, usually requiring no actual work. When they are out of office, they employ them in some role at the Clinton Foundation or on consultant contracts. Guess what the annual $48M in "other expenses" at the Foundation are for. There is a long list of people they have to keep paying off for life.

This may sound funny, but, I really felt embarrassed for Democrats, and for Tim Kaine, at his rude and desultory display in that debate with Mike Pence.
Running mates usually don’t make a difference. In what was such a close election in a handful of states, maybe some fence sitters, considering having Tim Kaine a heartbeat away from the presidency, made a decision based on that.
Is there room under there to hide someone the size of Frank Oz?
