I watched as stone-faced Patricia W. Hill, a Research Assistant Professor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, was found guilty on May 21, 2018, of a misdemeanor crime for defacing the private home of NRAs Chris Cox.
Cox is the charismatic Executive Director of the Institute for Legislative Action, the political and lobbying arm of the National Rifle Association. Patricia Hill - well, she is not a fan of the NRA.
Coxs security detail observed and recorded Hill as she approached his home and sprayed red substance on the front steps of the Cox family residence. The substance appeared to be the color of blood, Cox testified.
His security guard testified that this is not the first time that he observed Hill, and that she had a prior transgression at the Cox family home before this incident. The court did not get into the details of that incident as Hill is expected to have a criminal trial on the separate offense at a later time.
From that trial, we learned that Coxs Virginia family home was targeted by leftist professors on at least three separate occasions. From media coverage, we learn that it has been even more often than that.

They are in charge of groups called Nebraskans Against Gun Violence and The Great American Gun Melt, where they ridicule American gun culture and vow to radically stop it. "
It would please me to see these vermin "radically stopped."
Prelude to the open shedding of blood.
This was a long, though interesting article providing background for the Nutty Professor’s guilt.
All I want to know is was she sentenced to anything?
Time in jail, a fine, anything material?
The ONLY way these folks will learn is when they start losing their money or their freedom to walk around and cause trouble. Maybe the home owner simply needs to get a gun permit. Eventually, these Graduate School Goblins will try to break into his home or burn it down.
They remind me of groups like Earth First! or Act Up! from decades ago.
“Misdemeanor??? Thats it??”
This incident sounds like a terroristic threat to me.
Exactly.
“...under RICO as well as terrorism and stalking statutes...”
Absolutely, they are much more aggressive than any pro-lifers at abortion mills ever were.
In Virginia you get jail time for misdemeanors.
“Pic of the criminal professor?”
Morgue photo would be OK.
This is so out of bounds to show up at someone’s house, be they Left or Right.
An utter lack of civility, no surprise. She’s lucky to be alive.
The worthless wretch and worthless “professor” should have to lick it off.
Please don’t paint all of us with that description.
I am a professor (almost 29 years) and I am conservative through and through. I am a faithful supporter of the 2nd amendment and the NRA and have enough weapons (long and hand) and ammo to fully arm at least 3 platoons. The campus police chief rolls his eyes at me everytime I need his signature for another class 3 weapon or can.
Needless to say, after the disappointing candidacies of McCain and Romney, I welcomed Trump’s candidacy as a breath of fresh air. I stood up for the guy and endured alot of ridicule from colleagues and family throughout the run up to the election. Needless to say, I am proud of President Trump’s accomplishments and feel vindicated.
Granted, I am a professor at a state university and in the agriculture area so I perhaps I am an extreme outlier. :)
For the crowd she hangs out with, it'll be a badge of honor.
Let's hope she bunks up with a 350 pound love-starved lesbo. Then again, who knows; she may enjoy it.
She’s not a full professor. Research assistant in liberal arts is my guess.
Not guilty.
