Guess I’m not done discussing this judgement against Trump being able to ban certain people from commenting on his personal twitter account.

If Hillary Clinton were president and she blocked some Twitter troll who posted hateful words in reply to her post (and this happens on nearly everything she posts) no one would say a word. They would insist that Madam President had the right to not associate herself with such cretins and would likely scold Twitter itself for not blocking them preemptively.
If a normal president had done it, it would have been thought normal. But we do not live in normal times, politically, and when our abnormal president does anything, normal or now, the legal brickbats start flying. This is one more of the same, and will hopefully be deflected by the appeals courts before it tears a new hole in the Constitution.

Good piece and so right since President Trump is the subject.
We know by Q that the State Department employees had two different phones. One they used and shared the same pass word and only wrote in the draft section. We are told that all of their messages are on the cloud and apparently gotten by the White Hats. Wouldn't these phones fall under Government property too? As well as Comey's notes he took with him and disclosed them to someone he knew would go and give the information to a newspaper.

Just saw Comey in a clip that was from last Thur. on Connon O’Brian, He denied spying totally, said it didn’t happen.
Then they showed Clapper on the View saying they spied but gave the lying narrative that it was for Trumps own good, to protect him.
Which is it guys, shouldn’t you have had a meeting to compare notes, stick to the same story.

Seems IIRC Comey’s notes are going to get him in a whole lot of trouble, he can’t just deem something he wrote while serving as head of the FBI his private diary, not when he used a government laptop.
That’s the silly little detail about Trumps personal twitter account, the government DOESN’T own it, he has @POTUS that the govermnent did set up.
I really think Trump will win this on appeal.
Will make me happy as I have stopped reading comments after he tweets because I can’t stand the crap these bots post.
