Horowitz has referred his findings of potential criminal misconduct to Huber for possible criminal prosecution, says investigative reporter, Paul Sperry. Buckle up because IG Horowitz’s report is going to light DC up.

That language only concerns the rule about a criminal trial being held in the "division of the district" where the crime was committed (which was superceded by a later amendment anyway, now the trial can be held anywhere in the district).

Check out the Handbook for Federal Grand Jurors, and what it has to say about the jurisdiction a Federal Grand Jury:

"District: The geographical area over which the federal district court where the grand jury sits and the grand jury itself have jurisdiction. The territorial limitations of the district will be explained to the grand jury by the district judge."

http://www.ndd.uscourts.gov/jury/jury_handbook_grand_jurors.pdf

Seems clear that the Grand Jury can only have jurisdiction over the district in which it sits.

1. Think of how many different districts could be involved here. For example, the Clinton-Lynch meeting right before Comey announced that there would be no criminal charges filed took place on the tarmac at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix. Does this mean there has to be a separate grand jury in Arizona for anything related to this meeting? I don't think so.

2. The NSA server farm is located at the Utah Data Center in Bluffdale. Think of the possible implications of that!

Not so fast! Sessions needs to examine the complexities of the issue for a few more years, maybe until the statue of limitations expires.

Sure, that’s why Mueller handpicked a bunch of Clinton donors and supporters.

“Does this mean there has to be a separate grand jury in Arizona for anything related to this meeting?”

If that was a crime they are going to prosecute, then yes, in fact, it does mean that.

“The NSA server farm is located at the Utah Data Center in Bluffdale. Think of the possible implications of that!”

Seems to me the implication is that you are grasping for straws to try to justify why a US attorney whose jurisiction is Utah is involved in a case supposedly to prosecute WASHINGTON insiders. Unless you think some techs maintaining servers at a server farm are the “high level targets” that we really need to be rooting out.

All US attorneys report to RosenSwamp. While Sessions is recused on all Clinton connected matters, Rosenstein remains the top dog on all of those matters.

Actually, once the investigation is over Sessions has no reason for recussal, he can then prosecute.

“We’re placing all of our bets on John Huber, United States Attorney for Utah, and the man appointed by Sleep Sessions”

We did not know about Huber while he was working last year, and there are apparently more folks working as well.

The US Attorney, Eastern District of Arkansas, and at least four FBI field offices, have also seem to have been actively investigating related issues since last year as well.

AG Sessions didn’t sleep the whole time - may have been play’in possum!

“Ladyboy” is one of De Blasio’s “47 genders” in the NYC ordinance.

That's only for the Russian investigation recusal, and not the Clinton matters recusals.

So, has the IG report been released or is Paul Sperry, whoever that is, pulling this ‘info’ out of his arse?

Sessions has the work ethic of a U.S. Senator, he should be waking up from his nap shortly.

Actually, I think Huber’s work involves oversight of a team of lawyers. So I’m not even sure if he’d have to convene a grand jury in Utah or if he would just refer it elsewhere to the appropriate district.

Let me rephrase that...Either the IG is leaking this info or Paul Sperry is pulling this story out of his arse.

My guess is that this info is being leaked from someone in the OIG to control the narrative. Par for the course from our irreparably corrupt DOJ.

No, not really. Rosenstein is an assistant to Sessions and he is the assistant handling the special prosecutor, everyone reports to Sessions for everything except the election investigation.

Sessions reports to Trump. Everyone acts like Trump is helpless in all this. Trump is not the helpless type, he is in charge and in control you can be assured of that. Trump likely has the highest IQ of any president since Thomas Jefferson, he thinks circles around everybody else.

Having an investigator/prosecutor from outside Washington was genius. He doesn't have to worry about stepping on toes of his friends because these are people he knows the names of but doesn't really know.

Comey is the guy who should go down.

Yep, the buck stops with him. Besides, he was the decision maker on letting Hillary off scott free.

“Sessions reports to Trump.”

Since when? Sessions and everyone else at the DOJ believe that the DOJ is a separate and independent agency accountable to no one.
