President Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, told Fox News Wednesday that special counsel Robert Mueller has told the president's legal team he will follow Justice Department guidance and not seek an indictment against Trump. Giuliani, himself a former federal prosecutor and mayor of New York City, also told Fox that Mueller's investigators have not responded to five information requests from the president's team. That has forced Trump's legal team to push off making a decision about whether the president will sit for an interview with the special counsel -- a decision they had hoped to reach by Thursday. The precedent that federal prosecutors cannot indict a sitting president is laid out in a 1999 Justice Department memo. Giuliani told Fox News that Mueller has no choice but to follow its guidance. "This case is essentially over," Giuliani said. "They're just in denial."

Yes, for that. The liberal media went on and on about how Trump Junior committed treason. Mueller has filed BS charges on Russian trolls and BS charges on Flynn, but nothing related to collusion. Mueller can’t indict President Trump. His only hope of keeping the BS collusion narrative alive is Trump Junior. Every day the deep state is getting weaker and President Trump is getting stronger. Does Mueller have the balz to indict Junior? Were the transcripts related to the Trump Tower meeting released to pre-empt an attempt by Mueller to do so? The stakes couldn’t be higher.

No, not by a long shot. It may not be an indictment, but it will say something like "gross negligence and shocking lack of appropriate boundaries when dealing with foreign parties, indicating dereliction of duty."

Trump now can say “Gosh and Golly! I’m going to speak freely and candidly now and tell Mueller everything I know. Being President is fun. Book some interview time with Mueller when his schedule is free.”
Let’s hope SOMEONE will convince Trump to stay totally silent.

I think it’s a good thing that Mueller admitted that he is not supposed to indict Trump, becuse I’ll bet there are some rogue federal judges who would have no problem indicting him.
