WASHINGTON A Russian company indicted in the special counsel investigation attacked the case in an acerbic court filing Monday that accused the government of inventing a make-believe crime.
The sharp rhetoric from Concord Management and Consulting LLC suggests the makings of a pitched court fight and a fresh challenge to the authority of special counsel Robert Mueller, who was appointed by the Justice Department last May to investigate potential coordination between Russia and the Trump campaign.

Can’t wait to see what bull$#!+ he comes up with.
Wednesday is Mueller’s day in court.

Deep State to invent a mass-shooting so that the trial gets delayed 3...2...1
As I’m fond of saying:

Still waiting for those numerous disclosure requests to be fulfilled by Mulehead and his band of Democrat lawyers. Fun times ahead.
Thank you, OEB.
Yep.
Thanks for heads up on court date.

How dare those crafty Russians “challenge the authority” of Mueller by actually defending themselves!!
Guilt by association seems to be Muellers’ MO. No evidence needed.
Is it just me, or does Mulehead look like Quagmire? GigadiGigadi
1. Continue the legal process which includes discovery (of all the background information, yikes!) or
2. Drop the case against THE RUSSIANS which would be pretty stunning.
