The Department of Justice lost its latest battle... when it allowed House Intelligence Committee members to view classified documents about a top-secret intelligence source that was part of the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign. Even without official confirmation of that source’s name, the news so far holds some stunning implications...
Among them is that the Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation outright hid critical information from a congressional investigation...
The bureau already has some explaining to do. Thanks to the... leakers, we know Mr. Nunes’s request deals with a “top secret intelligence source”... who is a U.S. citizen and who was involved in the Russia collusion probe... we might take this to mean that the FBI secretly had a person... to interact in some capacity with the Trump campaign.
This would amount to spying, and it is hugely disconcerting. It would also be a major escalation from the electronic surveillance we already knew about... Obama political appointees rampantly “unmasked” Trump campaign officials... Now we find it may have also been rolling out human intelligence, John Le Carré style, to infiltrate the Trump campaign...
When? The bureau has been doggedly sticking with its story that a tip in July 2016 about the drunken ramblings of George Papadopoulos launched its counterintelligence probe... When precisely was the Steele dossier delivered to the FBI? When precisely did the Papadopoulos information come in?
And to the point, when precisely was this human source operating? Because if it was prior to that infamous Papadopoulos tip, then the FBI isn’t being straight. It would mean the bureau was spying on the Trump campaign prior to that moment. And that in turn would mean that the FBI had been spurred to act on the basis of something other than a junior campaign aide’s loose lips...

Carter Page was an 0bama Associate. He worked for the F.B.I. up through March of 2016, according to documentation demonstrated by Conservative Treehouse. In that capacity, he cozied up to RUSSIANS while working for the 0bama F.B.I.
Carter Page was emphatically NOT a Trump Associate. Having attempted to nuzzle up to the Trump campaign, Carter Page contributed $0.00 dollars to Trump, and managed to MISS the only scheduled meeting for the Trump committee he joined.
Indeed, Carter Page appears to be a dumb missile fired at the Trump Campaign by the F.B.I. in order to establish that SOMEONE, SOMEHOW ASSOCIATED WITH RUSSIA could be used to establish infinite FISA surveillance of the entire Trump communications chain.
I’ll bet the F.B.I. sent Page to Trump as a mole.

I thought someone mentioned that Page isn't playing with a full deck, so how can his spying observations be trusted?
Because having been duped, he can merely accurately report that he was duped, by whom, and perhaps to what end.
None of this was ever going to come out. Hillary was going to win and Trump would be painted as a traitor. And if anything about Page's role did come out, he'd be the hero who brought down Trump.
So why isn’t Page singing now about how he was acting as a mole for the FBI?
Are any other members of this attempted coup d'etat singing?
Ergo, we might take this to mean that the FBI secretly had a person on the payroll who used his or her non-FBI credentials to interact in some capacity with the Trump campaign.
The Obama/Brennan, CIA, FBI and DOJ placed a spy within the opposing party's presidential campaign and then Hillary paid for info to be fabricated for further espionage use.
People need to hang.
Papadopolous has been indicted and charged with lying to the FBI. Is he singing or composing? Inquiring minds want to know.
It’ll be a big disappointment if it is Halper. He wasn’t part of the Trump campaign. So he’s not a plant. Revelation that it was a plant would be much more damaging to the Deep State.
But Kimberley never says it was a plant; she speculates it was a person who “interact[ed] in some capacity with the Trump campaign.”
I believe this is key to the explanation on how president Trump is handling this situation. To me it seems as though president Trump is slowly moving the ball forward in advancing the notion in the zeitgeist that Obama was behind this and much more.
Obama is slowly being roped into this as the pervasiveness of the corruption by all levels of the Obama administration is being exposed and known.
Some things to remember and man a time line would help here:
Transforming the public perception of Obama as this hip cool first black president into a creepy corrupt chicago scam spying on all his political opponents needs to happen over a period of time. This is what president Trump seems to be doing or what is just playing out.
Getting the perception into the common sense that Obama did this skulduggery then starting to have prosecutions move forward against lower level lieutenants - unpeeling the onion of corruption and deceit that is Obama.
With president Trump at the helm eventually the public is going to see chapter and verse what crooked people these Obama administration types were and what they did. He was saying this in the campaign.
Talk about ripping a scab off of the wound that the DeepStaters have inflicted and covered up.... a self induced ‘we know best’ one, a big one. a fatal one as it turns out for many in the legal community who claim to only have been serving their country’s best interests. HAAA!!!
