President Trump declared on Tuesday that he was pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal, unraveling the signature foreign policy achievement of his predecessor, Barack Obama, and isolating the United States among its Western allies.
This was a horrible one-sided deal that should have never, ever been made, Mr. Trump said at the White House in announcing his decision. It didnt bring calm, it didnt bring peace, and it never will.

Shep Smith: Trump is not withdrawing. Trump is violating the deal. Trump is violating nothing.
If Obama really wanted to protect his signature foreign policy achievement, he should have had the Senate properly ratify it as a treaty so Trump couldnt pull out of it like he just did.

You can’t pull out of what you were never in. It’s not even an agreement.

But what age was Shep when his father should have?

Common sense would dictate that every “deal” done under an Administration, would be reviewed under the incoming Administration to see if if fits within their world view and National Security strategy.
