A D.C. federal judge has delivered the toughest blow yet to Trump administration efforts to end deportation protections for young undocumented immigrants, ordering the government to continue the Obama-era program and for the first time since announcing it would end reopen it to new applicants.

That's when his staff wakes him up to go home.
President Trump should tell these pisant Federal Judges to go pound salt.
They are acting outside their constitutional authority and responsibilities and it is time to rein them in.
We all know that the Constitution establishes the Legislature, judicial and executive as coequal branches of the federal government.
The judiciary does not have superior authority over the legislature and executive nor does it have constitutional authority to usurp or assume for itself the authority and responsibilities of the legislature or the executive.
It is not within the purview of a federal judge to formulate laws or manage how the executive carries out its constitutional duties.
The federal judiciary does not have the constitutional authority to micro-manage the actions of the president as he carries out his duties within the limits of the constitution.
The judiciary does have the constitutional responsibility to determine if the legislature and executive are acting in an unconstitutional way.
But that is not what is taking place with this constant action on the part of the judiciary to over-ride executive action that is in compliance with existing law.
Sessions has submitted a case to the USSC....months ago. The court said they would not hear it at this time and it must continue through the lower courts.
There are judges who need to face a peoples’ court and find a need for immediate retirement. The Judiciary needs to be taught that they are not kings of the world.
This issue should be a real eye-opener for Americans; there are powerful forces at work (in both halves of the Republocrats/Uniparty) to keep the borders open and destroy our way of life. The activists are just the tools of much more powerful people/industries.
You do remember that Sessions already submitted DACA to the USSC but they would not hear it at this time.
"All or nothing and damn the consequences" would make us......Democraps....and even bigger idiots than them.
Curious how you’ve forgotten in your timeline that the DACA xo from Obama was ruled illegal - which was what brought this all on.
Thats my thought as well.
Did the court say the applications could not be circular filed?
Off duty at 1-20
Trump has kept this awful Daca nightmare alive and they keep flooding in . Trump and Ivana want to keep these INVADERS here.
Trump could kill this whole issue if he wanted too .
He wont >
Sad but True .
Hard truth not unlike his PPP change of heart.
First, we called #1 LYING. No need to put a McCabe spin.
The ‘follow-up’ EO is unnecessary (IMO, it muddies the water further).
The exec. cannot create Law; it exists merely to FAITHFULLY execute the same.
Zero’s EO is unlawful, null & void. There is nothing to ‘rescind’.
The ACLU says FU deal with it. This country is clinically insane and the Constitution raped repeatedly.
ACLU Engages in un-American activities and always has
I’d wager this “Judge” is owned by the Goldman Sachs/Wall Street gang.
I am tired of the courts running this country.
Does this demand mean that Trump has to PROCESS the applications? Or just ‘accept’ them?
When I have a house for sale, I get lots of ‘offers’ I reject almost all of them. When I get the offer I want, I sell.
DACA never made it past the “Bill” stage, because Congress never voted on it.
Obama said he would write an executive order, but never did.
How can this judge just issue a ruling making a nebulous idea into being law?
Legislating from the bench.
