Good for Paul, I wasn't confident he'd change to a yes vote.

Ditto.
90% of the time I think he has a good point. What more can I really ask for?

Good to hear. President Trump seemed to be sure all along that Paul would come around, very happy he did.

Trump has the ability most great statesmen have had to develop.
He has the ability to be so vauge in his conversations that anyone he talks to walks away thinking Trump agrees with them while Trump just goes ahead and keeps being Trump.

Mike Pompeo just negotiated a promising and an unprecedented sit down with one of the world’s most feared and unmovable dictators; these congressmen don’t want to end up on the wrong side of history.

Paul says he spoke with Trump several times today and the last time was assured that Pompeo agrees with Trump that Iraq was a mistake and we must leave Afghanistan.
With all due respect, Senator Paul, you don't get to make that call for the entire nation as the Junior Senator from Kentucky. If you want to make those decisions do what Trump has done...run for POTUS and win.
The arrogance of people who manage to work their way into a Senate seat is just amazing.

Maybe the neighbor threatened him again.....Don't think his neighbor was a Pompeo guy.

Trump got his nominee through committee while allowing Paul to save face. Good deal for both.
Can he also allow Kim to save face in a deal that denuclearizes Korea?
