While I appreciate and support his sentiment regarding Israel, his equating Israel with some sort of Indian reconquista in North America is off-putting and I say that as someone with documented Cherokee ancestry. The native tribes conquered and banished those who came before them, then their day came. Whining about it now reeks of gimme, as if the reservations and casinos weren’t enough. Besides, he’s Caribe but taking an affected name like RiverWind? Please. Where’s the feathered head dress, dream catcher and tepee? He’s got wannabe written all over him.
