“On a serious note, why did Alabama accept this?”
Money! It’s a hit.
Don’t give me that do-goody-good bullshit.
Damn carpet baggers.
Add a POO TRAIN to the THOMAS the TRAIN collection: Choo Choo! Poo Poo!
Anyone here doubt when I say that in a full blown civil war the big cities would be the first to collapse and throw in the towel?
Hell Chitcagos goes right out in the lake and when they want to flush the sewers they reverse the river flow.
they were just illegally dumping it or were they paying Alabama to take it?
Send the crap to Albany, NY.
Let Albany turn it into bricks.
“Pardon me boy, is that the Chattanooga poo-choo?”
If the liberals get the Civil War they seem to be pushing for that would be one of the unintended consequences they would have to deal with.
No more shipping their crap to the states they make fun of.
The fact that they even have to do this highlights the artificiality of the mega cities.
Every day the things they need to survive have to be shipped in from the people and places they look down on.
And every day their poop, garbage and other refuse has to be shipped out to be dumped elsewhere.
In the event of a SHTF disaster they will be starving by the millions in a couple of days while wallowing in their own excrement and refuse.
New York needs to keep their shit. Us dumb rednecks to ban together and tell NYC to FO.
Hey New York, I hear Baltimore is looking for as much sewage as they can get. Think they turn it into drinking water in Baltimore.
The landfill and payments to receive money from it look like an easy way to generate an income without much real development in an area.
Or industrial scale versions of the machine Bill Gates developed to turn poo into drinkable water, clean ash and energy.
New York City literally Crapping on Alabama.
New... York... City...
Its fertilizer.
Why are they dumping it?
Its useful.
**********
I’d love to have it.. after composting (it bakes itself .. no external heat source needed) it becomes a salable commodity.
“Flushing millions down the toilet? Sewage plant rebuild cost projection tripled to $275M”
New York has a problem.
They have no place to store their
s*it until their problem is fixed.
The cost to treat human feces is
quite expensive. Raw sewage can
be deadly.
The reason New York is shipping
their sh*t to other states is
their infrastructure is in
sorry shape. It’s going to cost
New York City taxpayers $275m
to fix their problem.
And the city doesn’t want to
triple their citizen’s sewer
bills.
They’re pawning their problem
off to other states at cheap
treatment rates.
Untreated sewage? I would think NYC could at least treat its sewage before sending the treated sludge for final disposal. If nothing else, that should be more economical, apart from NYC’s pay scales.
Wondering,....how much poo can they stuff into a real carpet bag??
