Attorney General Jeff Sessions informed the White House that he may resign from his post in the event that President Trump fires Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, according to a new report.
Sessions notified White House counsel Don McGahn of this during a phone call last weekend, sources told the Washington Post.
During the phone call, Sessions sought information about a meeting between Trump and Rosenstein and was relieved to hear that the meeting was primarily pleasant, and mentioned that he would have to weigh resigning if Trump fired Rosenstein, a person familiar with the call told the Post.
Thats called two-fer Jeff.
Jeff sessions threatening us with Winning
Why do so many useful idiots on the progressive side still believe in the Trump-Russia collusion theory? Simple. They were fed enough disinformation to believe, and it became their religion. Now, even in the face of overwhelming evidence there is no collusion, they still believe. Why? Because it’s become their religion. Try to persuade anyone to give up their faith, you’ll get nothing but anger, or condescending smiles, and they will double down on stupid.
Who fed them this disinformation? Deep state, IC, Obama cabal, Clinton cabal, msm, etc. And it was very effective.
Why do so many conservatives still believe in Sessions (and Rosenstein, etc)? Simple. They were fed enough disinformation to believe, and it’s become their religion...(see above)..
Try to persuade anyone to give up their faith, you’ll get nothing but anger, or condescending smiles, and they will double down on stupid.
Who fed them the disinformation?
Q.
Sundance.
Corsi.
Jones.
Etc.
and it was (and is) very effective.
Force their hand. MAKE them look like buffoons and use the bully pulpit to show that they’re obstructing OUR progress.
They either stand with us - or they stand with themselves, and we will make them pay at election time.
Have Sessions fire Rosenstein then resign.
“Sessions notified White House counsel Don McGahn of this during a phone call last weekend, sources told the Washington Post.”
“Sources told the Compost”. Me thinks this is a made up story.
I agree! I never thought Sessions was anything other than a tough conservative.
So disappointed!

Theres more romance between Jeff & Rod than there is Bill & Hillary.
Peeps thinking Sessions will come through remind me of people believing Comey was going to indict Hillary and perp walk her out.
The timing and the inaction (not charging any of her co-conspirators) made it obvious to me that it was a sham and the only planned the announcement of why Hillary shouldnt be charged.
The same thing is here. Rosenstein & Sessions have tried to hide the evidence. They tried to spike Nunes report. There is zero interest in a Special Counsel. There is zero interest Russia and Hillary. How about Campaign violations by the Dems? No interest in the call from the Top of the DOj to shut down four different local investigations of the Clinton Foundation.
Sally Yates, Lynch, Samantha Powers, Clapper, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett....
No Interest

Your comment is too garbled to understand. Please try to write something that’s lucid.
Ooh, a two-fer!
Trump should name all of the democrat senators who voted against Sessions and say “Sessions didn’t fool these intelligent and dedicated democratic senators like he fooled me into nominating him and those who voted to confirm him as AG. Now I see what they saw so I’m going to correct my mistake and fire Mr. Sessions immediately. I’m sure all the senators who opposed him are grateful that I’ve finally seen him the way they always saw him.”
Rudy was a part of the Trump campaign. As such, he is possibly someone whom Mueller would be questioning. Trump’s firing of Comey put Trump in a position where he cannot plug a guy like Giuliani in to AG. And, despite the Trump fans who’d support him, as he condescendingly said, even if he shot someone on 5th Avenue in NYC, an Attorney General must be approved by the US Senate. The US Senate is not going to approve Giuliani and risk the wrath of their electorate. Despite the hubris that the Trump victory has caused in the minds of many pro-Trump supporters, most Americans still believe that the rule of law matters more than the passing fad of Trumpism.
Read it again slowly and be sure to sound out each syllable of each word until it eventually makes sense to you, Cruzlim.
I agree it might be fake news.
However, almost every major news organization in America is reporting this story.
For all we know, Sessions and Rosenstein are the two sources!
No, your comment is just incoherent bashing of Republicans. It explains, though, why you cannot think clearly about this most unconservative president who paid hush money to a porn star to suppress her story about sex he had with her while his third wife was busy with his newborn son and while he was simultaneously having an affair with a playboy bunny. This is the same guy who appeared regularly on the Howard Stern show telling all about his sordid lifestyle and who strangely claims he’s the right man to be out front for Evangelical Christians in America. You remind me of the H.L. Mencken quote: No one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public. LOL.
Almost as many Americans still hope that the Hard Left tyranny of Mueller, Rosenstein, Comey, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama is also a passing fad.
BRAVO!
Well played.
Here is your bomb vest. Remember to yell Allah Cruzbar before setting it off on the school bus. Macaroon.
Well, Jeff, you might have just filled out Rosenstein’s
pink slip. All that’s left is a presidential signature.
