WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Democratic Party filed suit against Russia, President Donald Trump’s campaign and WikiLeaks on Friday, charging that they conspired to disrupt the 2016 U.S. presidential election campaign, a court filing showed.
The party alleges in the federal lawsuit in Manhattan that top Trump campaign officials conspired with the Russian government and its military spy agency to hurt Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and tilt the election to Trump by hacking Democratic Party computers, the filing showed.

Mueller, FBI, CIA, NSA, and Congress have gotten all there is through the various investigations, so the only parties left to disgorge anything are the Witch, DNC, and the FBI with the Weiner computer. Hence, discovery is going to go mostly against the DNC.
Assange is being held captive by that Orwellian police state called Great Britain...he's not going anywhere and they control access to him.
Did they take legal advice before they filed this ? They wouldn’t give the FBI access to their computers and now they expose themselves to the respondent having access through discovery. This doesn’t make sense, then again it is the DNC.
If the Trump campaign for 2016 is a separate entity from Trump 2020, then they should have little to worry about. Maybe the dems are trying to keep Trump 2016 open. But Trump 2020 should inherit the data from 2016. Now the data will be held available to the court. DNC is going after a group that can’t really defend themselves. Russia, Wikileaks and defunct Trump 2016 have no funding source to keep up a defense.
I am not either, but I believe that this is a clear example of political barratry, and should be prosecuted as such via a countersuit...
The DNC leadership are a bunch of fools who don’t have a clue about anything other than putting their agenda and RATS in power.
And hopefully, the DNC will be so broke before mid-term elections, they will lose their arses in many races.
