Subtitle: Liberals can’t stand the success of a Christian-run company selling folks fried chicken sandwiches successfully with a smile.
Last month, Chick-fil-A opened its fourth franchise in Manhattan. Even though customers seem thrilled and the company appears to be thriving, some on the Left aren’t happy. On Friday, the New Yorker published a story with a headline only they could love: “Chick-fil-A’s Creepy Infiltration of New York City.” Not to be outdone, they tweeted an even worse headline, pulled directly from the article.

Lunch time! Guess where I’m going?
My questions is, why does anybody care what a liberal hate periodical says about a fast-food restaurant they don't like in New York City?
New York City is full of hateful liberals. Expecting anything different?
I no longer do fast-food, save for CFA
I had never patronized their stores until the childish boycott 5 or so years ago
Then went there every day for quite awhile to also laugh at the slovenly, scummy “protesters”
My son has worked at local CFA for about two years. They treat him very well.
He’s going to miss the culture there when he leaves that job. It’s generally pretty good, but contrary to conventional wisdom, they don’t only hire Christian kids.
He’s had co-workers ask him to get high with them after work, several are shacked up. There have been domestic issues among employees just like at about every other company.
He’s probably going to leave them for good this summer. He’ll be getting his Class A CDL license and wants to be a truck driver after spending the summer as a staff volunteer at a Christian Camp.
A few things I seldom hear, but are part of this:
1. Liberals continue this boycott/derision of Chick Fil A, supposedly over the homosexual marriage issue, but that issue has been decided, and the liberals won.
2. If Chick Fil A is involved in discrimination against the LGBT peoples, why haven’t they been sued? Where are the lawsuits over such discrimination? There aren’t any? So then, Chick Fil A does not discriminate. And on the whole marriage issue, the founder of the company had the audacity to say he thought marriage was a man and a woman. That opinion did not translate into the company refusing service or not hiring homosexuals or otherwise discriminate against them.
3. If there is so much outrage about Chick Fil A, a huge market, etc why don’t liberals start their own homosexual themed chicken fast food place?? To listen to them you would swear there’s a huge untapped market which boycotts Chick Fil A and would be ready made customers for a new company.
We care because this again reaffirms the ongoing liberal campaign against Chick Fil A, a campaign based on lies and distortion and half truths.
Probably more people go through my local Chick-Fil-A’s drive thru in a week than even subscribe to The New Yorker.
Notice only Christians are singled out for leftist prejudicial actions and statements about them. No Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists etc. are panned. Funny thing.
How popular would the place be with a name like: "Dick-Fil-A"???
Take a few Google Image glances of “Dan” and one can easily understand the bitterness and Lookitmee messed up mindset
Skinny, dorky, effeminate, sissy, unattractive type. Typical left wing “journalist” who’s own insecurities makes him hate others out of nothing more than childish jealousy
Become a “Jesus Freak,” Dan. You’ll immediately start to feel better about yourself . . guaranteed, no matter how lowlifey you are now!

Work associate of ours was a major raging Lib but to his horror his wife loved Chick-fil-A. He often asked us “Isn’t it horrible? Aren’t you scandalized that my wife eats at... Chick-fil-A?” and we’d happily answer “No, not at all. We eat there too. It’s GOOD!” to which he’d be shocked speechless. They’re divorced now.
Good reason for going there to eat.
Yep, if lies and distortions are not answered and rebutted, they’re likely to be believed by the intellectually unwary.
To a Christian, this is not surprising. We were warned that this time would come.

This is exactly why Trump won. The elites have NO idea what real people think. Real people can easily disconnect the business and the food from the politics.
