How to taunt the Left..
at 2:41 a Syrian girl on a Syrian army soldier`s [her father?] shoulders is scared shtless.
Are we back in the mode of once again fighting for and against both sides in Syria?
Summary: Russia blinked. As we withdraw, we just demonstrated that 1) we can return at a moment's notice, 2) we can do whatever we want and 3) Russia will not retaliate.
Big deal it was accomplished, just as the ship’s mission under Bush was accomplished.
Perfectly executed mission, zero casualties on our side, devastating to Assad’s WMD capacity and overwhelming proof that American strength and leadership has returned and that President Trump will not hesitate to prove it.
Trump and our military hit it out of the park, both tactically and strategically.
Someone once said, “It ain’t over until it’s over”.
WHAT mission?
This is one of those times that I could do without a dose of trump braggadicio. Couldn’t he just shut up fornonve and let the results speak for themselves?
Assad is out of power? Russia is withdrawing? The Mullahs are surrendering? Christians can worship freely?
Just what mission is accomplished? In fact which mission has ever been accomplished in the ME in the last 4000 years?
Accomplished?
I have a feeling the US just stepped in the dog dookie, and won’t we able to wipe it off for while.
Mimicking Bush who he used to mock. A mockery.
Based on this map it looks like ISIS (in black) is regrouping in the part of Syria under US control.
But O and Lurch both swore Russia had taken custody of all Syria’s chemical weapons. Did they lie, or were they lied to? My world is shattered./s
At least he wasnt wearing a dumb costume.
Very impressive op, 13 tankers on station and a Bombardier all the way from Kabul.
I do have a problem with a correspondent, Joe R. Tabet, ratting out the mission about 30 minutes before the first strike and before Trump’s announcement:

What does it take to stop these leaks?
It’s an Associated Press article, and here’s the real title.
“Trump claims success in Syria, but chemical weapons remain”
Looks like the piece is being set up to be repeatedly posted by Russian trolls, like so many other articles here.
How much did this pointless attack cost us?
At least it didn’t escalate into a larger conflict and a renewed effort to replace Assad. There is nobody in that country capable of ruling it outside of the Kurd and Assad. At best we could setup the Kurd as their own state or maybe merge them with the existing Kurdistan in Iraq. This would believe it or not be a step in a new direction.
The post world war 1 British who setup theses states were right, you can’t have long term stability in the arib world with country made up of rival factions of Islam.
We can either continue to do as the British initially did and use this to control them or we can redraw those borders along ethic and cultural lines.
