IF I felt certain the intel is accurate, I’d be less alarmed. After all the deceit from our government it’s asking a lot to trust their conclusions.
But, tonight our military is in a fight. They’re risking all they have, so I’ll set my misgivings aside for now, and send my heatfelt prayers to every one of them. May they prevail and stay safe.

I'm on this thread because the man I donated heavily too, worked for in the primary and general election is not delivering on campaign promises he made.
Trump promised to get us out of the mideast.

You post 333 is Iraq, 2003. I drove past that building many times 2004 - 2007. It was their MoD I believe. Shame. Beautiful building. A giant slab of its south side (where the bomb hit in the photo) hung down the side of the building. The building was unusable. Never saw power lights in it.

THAT is very telling, if true. And if there is any connection at all between Assad’s chem weapons and Hezbollah, this thing just took on further meaning. Or maybe not - I’ve always assumed that Syria / Iran would eventually “leak” chem weapons to Hezbollah, or the Hezzies would eventually be given “room” to develop their own. Maybe they were?

Reading over these 300 plus posts shows many different opinions all over the political landscape, so while I am in agreement with the military action the President has ordered, my main thoughts this night are with any US, British, French and/or our allied armed service members in these action and my prayer to God is that they complete their missions and all return safely unharmed.
Why wouldn't he? It's not like this is the first time it's happened. A bunch of people here, a whole lot more there...they add up after a while. Doing it a little at a time makes it easier to get away with. Russia was supposed to ensure Assad got rid of all his chemical weapons. But did he?

There are a lot of jihadists fighting Assad tonight in Syria cheering President Trump’s actions on with shouts of “Allahu Akhbar”..........
