Never said when an attack on Syria would take place. Could be very soon or not so soon at all! In any event, the United States, under my Administration, has done a great job of ridding the region of ISIS. Where is our Thank you America?
Good work.
NATO is a dinosaur that we have been propping up both financially and militarily for the last 40 plus years. It’s time it die a natural death. The UK is lost and the Swedes and Germans are well on their way. It’s time for the US to recalculate alliances and entanglements.
“There are fools, here on FR, who think we can or should be friends with Putins Russia...”
I don’t know of anybody who wants to be friends but even President Trump has said he thinks we can get along with them. Better than a war over another middle eastern hellhole.
“America” did not create ISIS. The deep state traitor scum did. And the American people are wiseing up to the concept of false flags. Anytime political and media figures are all in agreement with going to war, we should step back.
“Never said when an attack on Syria would take place. Could be very soon or not so soon at all!”
Notice these carefully prepared words very closely.
First he refers to “an” attack— not “The” attack . Also he carefully is saying there may be no attack “at all”. The word “At all” mean maybe NEVER. This is such bad news for the NeoCon war crowd. The reason he did this is that the Russian and Syrians took the city and immediately offered shilled investigation which Trump accepted. They are there according to Newt Gingrich. There are reports that there is no gas residue. Chlorine has quite a half life and is easy to test for. Then the investigation goes to who did it and why. I don’t blame Trump for this change of heart at all. I commend him for it. The key is evidence — not conclusions. What evidence will the present to justify World War III?
Friends over in Italy say there has been an unusual amount of activity at the Aviano air base this morning. Lots of traffic being launched from the base. I guess we’ll see if that means anything or not.
Thanks God but this is NOT going to make the war party happy.
Russia is not to be trusted - EVER.
A hard-core communist is a communist until death.
They never change their stripes, they change tactics.
And if they say otherwise, they are lying.
You cannot “get along” with either and individual or an entity when there is no basis for trust.
Putin has a position for you.
I’m a Veteran, my kid is a Marine. I’m sorry if being cautious with his life and the lives of his fellow Marines makes me a Russian agent. What does it make you, that you have a hard on to get in the middle of a civil war, where the bombing you seek will do nothing but alleviate the pressure on ISIS? Mecca is East..
I am seriously beginning to doubt that.
LOL my President!

Not weird at all, when you consider Obama helped ISIS, not all America.
President Trump is on to what ISIS tried to do...
Exactly. screw this. enough war mongering for no reason other than global corporate interests.
tire of it.
Why is it our job to make uncivilized people civilized?
1. We are already “in the middle of as civil war.”
2. Our soldiers are exposed to the same possibility of a chemical weapons attack.
3. Chemical weapons are outlawed. If we allow their use, without consequence, because it’s “somebody else’s problem,” then we will someday soon be sorting through dead civilians here on U.S. soil.

Exactly where we should not be and have no national interest.
2. Our soldiers are exposed to the same possibility of a chemical weapons attack.
They wouldn’t be, if they were brought home, where the belong.

Why are you so hard up to escalate our presence there? There is no gain to be had. Those who want to kill us, will suddenly change their minds because of any action or inaction we take in Syria? Maybe if those assets are used properly, we will have what we need in place to stop the next attack on the US.
Perhaps you can afford to bury your head in an isolationist mound of fantasy, but I won’t.
Either our “yes” means yes and our “no” means no, or else our word is not worth sh*t.
Most of the world’s civilized nations signed onto the chemical weapons band. What good is such if we’re gonna just throw up our hands and walk away when some ass wipe decides he can use them with impunity. And don’t give me that “false flag” conspiracy bullsh*t.
So when are you leaving to go fight Assad?
