FBI agents sought records tied to President Trump’s infamous “Access Hollywood” recording when they raided the law office and hotel room of his personal lawyer, according to a new report Wednesday.
The warrant that authorized Monday’s searches also allowed the feds to seize evidence showing whether lawyer Michael Cohen tried to suppress damaging information about Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign, the New York Times reported.
Cohen has admitted paying porn actress Stormy Daniels $130,000 as part of agreement signed 11 days before the election in which Daniels agreed not to discuss her claim of having slept with Trump in 2006.
Both Cohen and Trump have said Trump was not aware of the deal.
Trump was the star of “The Apprentice” when he was caught on a hot microphone bragging to Billy Bush, then the host of “Access Hollywood,” about how his fame enabled him to kiss women and “grab them by the p—y.”

You mean the “rank and file” who are the salt of the Earth and are just “sick” over the lawlessness? Those FBI agents wanted the Access Hollywood tape?
You are assuming that there is someone out there who is willing to stop Mueller? Mueller has free reign to do whatever the heck he pleases because no one will stop him. Our side is proposing to create legislation that “protect” Mueller and his lawlessness...Trey Gowdy and Lyndsey Graham have decided to rush to Mueller’s defense so who will stop Mueller?
Mueller can jump a 1000 sharks while our AG twiddles his thumbs thumbs.
I think the argument that they are trying to make is that Trumps lawyer was giving Trump an undocumented campaign donation. If the lawyer paid off bimbos, without compensation then he gave Trump a gift or donation.
I think Trump would have to argue that his attorney did that for him all the time. And he was paid on a retainer for which small pay-offs like that are just included as part of the deal. Larger pay-offs may require Trump to OK the amount or even pay for it.
The sad thing is this is just another example of laws being enforced against republicans that are never enforced against democrats. Like the former Virginia governor who was convicted of talking to a lobbyist. Something ever politician does but which is never considered a crime unless an out of favor republican does it.
Clearly the Democrats are willing to do anything to drive him out. They should be worried because if it is illegal or appears to be illegal, we will be right there in their faces and we won't be nice.
I lost faith in the honesty of the Democrats years ago. I have watched them twist the truth or outright lie. I have watched them attempt to cheat during elections, too.
And THEY have driven out with a vengeance what little we still had in common — being American and being proud to be American. They have torn that up and stomped on it.

So, this is why we are now nearly a year into this. Mueller can go on indefinitely. He was appointed to do as he pleases.
Trump is the President and head of the executive branch of government. Trump can fire anyone he wants and any legislation that Congress passes would be blatant attempt to circumvent the unconstitution. The ONLY recourse available to Congress would be impeachment; and that is not going to happen.
Those are the facts.
All of this is a coordinated effort to shed voters, win some seats and win the ultimate prize of majority rule and impeachment with the circus that it would all bring. Obviously this whole charade has given considerable cover to Obama/Clinton/Soros syndicate.
How about letting evil enemies charge INTO the hole.
I’m pretty hard pressed to understand how a warrant could validate them taking that video of Trump making comments about women on tape. What did that have to do with this investigation?
It’s not fundamental to the Russian Collusion, or any other crime under investigation to this point.
Them waltzing in and demanding all his attorney’s records pertaining to Trump out of the blue, denies a sitting president any right to privilege concerning his attorney.
Judges seem to be as at fault here as anyone, granting warrants that seem to justify taking anything they like, related the case or not.
I wouldn’t object to that description.
It may very well be just what is taking place.
My friend, no one seems to care much about the “facts.” No one seems to care much about the equal application of the law, either. We are looking at people who think the laws do not apply to them only to Donald Trump and his supporters.
You say that impeachment is not going to happen? It is already happening. This entire Mueller investigation is a prelude to impeachment.

A good starting point would be the time when he was working in Boston, and doing his best to keep some men imprisoned for a murder they had nothing to do with. The FBI framed some guys in Boston for a mob murder, and fought efforts to set them free for years, even though the FBI knew they were innocent.
Some of the FBI agents involved were on the payroll of the mob, and helped the mob guys find informants so they could be killed.
At least one member of the parole board from the era recalls a letter from Mueller.
