Either they go to the border, as other states’ Guard are doing, or they should not be funded. Gov. Brown could use the funds to hire more immigration lawyers to keep the illegals safe from deportation. President Trump should not trust him.

Trump would have won on the NG to the border anyway, but Brown risked the embarrassment of Trump federalizing the CA NG, and that would have been a double whammy against Brown.
