Laura Ingraham’s return to Fox News tonight doesn’t mark the end of her bad news: Allstate insurance has quietly dropped Ingraham’s show, telling employees in an internal memo that her comments about Parkland student David Hogg were “inconsistent” with company values.
Ingraham is expected back on the air tonight after a vacation she announced amid the fallout over her comments. In a March 31 memo, obtained by TheWrap, Allstate said it severed ties with Ingraham’s show on Wednesday, March 28. That was the day Ingraham posted a tweet accusing Hogg of “whining” that he didn’t get into several colleges. Allstate is at least the 20th advertiser to drop Ingraham.
“Laura Ingraham’s comments about David Hogg were inconsistent with our values,” the memo read. “Allstate believes in youth empowerment and last year helped 5 million youth find their voices and take action to make the world better. We have not advertised on ‘The Ingraham Angle’ since Wednesday. We hope our youth can help us find a path to a less divisive future.”
A spokeswoman for the company would not confirm the memo’s authenticity, only saying: “We’ve taken note of your concern.”
When asked if the company had any future ads scheduled to appear on the show, the spokeswoman said: “I cannot answer that question.”

Allstate has the most racist commercials on television. The black guy is always everything good, the white guy is always everything bad. I despise their commercials and would never use them for anything.

Same here but I unloaded on them on their facebook page as did many other former military members.
I don’t have ALLSTATE.... But I will be calling them to tell them I am canceling my policy online. Or tell them why they have dropped out of the possible choices for my insurance needs. Instead of no impact from me...they will hear something from me. And no $$$$
She will be back on tonight.
Allstate doesn’t have company values. They’re barracudas.
Before we moved to TN, we called an Allstate agent and lined up all the insurance for the new home, cars, etc. About a week in, we called the agent to get everything firmed up and she was GONE. The whole office was closed. Never sent a notice. Never called. We called HQ and they knew nothing and cared even less.

As with all carriers, their are good and bad experiences, as would be expected in the property insurance industry. All perspective clients for property insurance should do their own due diligence on any company that they wish to hire for their Insurance needs.
