The above comment was opinion, based on a few cases. It may or may not actually represent how allstate or american family actually care for their clients. As with all carriers, their are good and bad experiences, as would be expected in the property insurance industry. All perspective clients for property insurance should do their own due diligence on any company that they wish to hire for their Insurance needs.
