Before we moved to TN, we called an Allstate agent and lined up all the insurance for the new home, cars, etc. About a week in, we called the agent to get everything firmed up and she was GONE. The whole office was closed. Never sent a notice. Never called. We called HQ and they knew nothing and cared even less.
