David Hogg Displeased After School Listens to Him but Bans HIS Rights

In what may be deemed another non-solution from lawmakers on gun-control, some Florida students will now be required to use clear backpacks when on school grounds.

Last week, Broward County public school superintendent Robert Runcie announced that the district planned to implement a “solution” to avoid gun violence and that, after Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School’s spring break ended, students would be required to use clear backpacks if they wanted to be admitted on school grounds.

According to The Blaze, however, student David Hogg has spoken out about the requirement and argued that district officials’ “solution” is rather an infringement on his classmates’ rights.

“It’s unnecessary, it’s embarrassing for a lot of the students and it makes them feel isolated and separated from the rest of American school culture where they’re having essentially their First Amendment rights infringed upon because they can’t freely wear whatever backpack they want regardless of what it is,” Hogg stated.

Hogg also said that his peers shouldn’t have to feel as if they’re going to a type of “prison” when attending school, and cited even more privacy concerns when it came to his female classmates and the feminine products they usually carry along with them.

Sorry, apparently he didn’t apply to Berkeley but he did apply to UCLA, and UCSD. They laugh at 1270 SAT scores too.

I know a lot about this little weasel, and it’s way more than I ever wanted to know. He and little baldie Emma Gonzalez (his cousin?), get both spookier and more irritating as every day goes by.....what are the Vegas Odds on this little creep’s mug being in the news a month from now?

It looks like this @sshole has a couple of interesting career options: a scholarship to the Barack Obama Law School or the Brian Williams School of Journalism.

Surely the Richard Simmons School of Manhood, too.

Cindy Lee Miller Sheehan (born July 10, 1957) is an American anti-war activist, whose son, U.S. Army Specialist Casey Sheehan, was killed by enemy action during the Iraq War. She attracted national and international media attention in August 2005 for her extended antiwar protest at a makeshift camp outside President George W. Bush’s Texas ranch—a stand that drew both passionate support and criticism.

Sheehan ran unsuccessfully for Congress in 2008. She was a vocal critic of President Barack Obama’s foreign policy. Her memoir, Peace Mom: A Mother’s Journey Through Heartache to Activism, was published in 2006.

Sheehan was the 2012 vice-presidential nominee of the Peace and Freedom Party,[1] and received 1.2% of the statewide vote in the 2014 California gubernatorial election.[2

Cindy Sheehan was legit and middle of the road compared to the little prick Hogg. At least she had a legitimate grievance with Bush and his war, which a great many now have begun to see in a new light.

“Sheehan”! Thanks. Totally forgot that bimbo and her few minutes of fame. I felt sorry for her losing her son in combat, but the way the Dems elevated her to cause celebré was just ridiculous.

Thanks. Like I said in the post below, she was legit and I don’t believe she was manipulated by anyone into taking her stand as she took it. I was FB friends with her in fact, but I haven’t heard from her in a long time.

Ah, yes, the freedom of backpack clause in the 1st Amendment.

This kid is hilarious. He doesn't know how stupid he looks when he is ticked off when his classmates backpack rights are infringed. That's what he thinks is really important, but he wants to infringe on the gun rights of 100 million or more gun owners and it's not a big deal.

"NO!" is a tough one, huh kid?

I don't think so honestly, but she was. What Happened to the Big Hunger Strike?

Camp Casey was the site of the most uncommitted demonstration of 'fasting' in the history of the world. Even the media failed to mention how much weight was lost by the participants. And the reason is because this 'fasting' was not real by any stretch of the imagination. No one lost any weight. Very unusual for a any kind of hunger strike. This event was touted far and wide by the media for a few days. It really ended up as being nothing more than not eating between meals.

He’s not a student there anyway.Fake news. Yes he is a student there. That picture in a California yearbook is actually his Florida yearbook picture.

Hmmmm.....I don’t recall any “right to keep and bear opaque backpacks” anywhere in the Constitution.

What is going to stop kids from putting their stuff or handgun and ammo in a paper bag in the clear back pack? A plastic bag rule?

Funny they don't mention repealing the 4th, 5th, 16th or 26th. After all, they did say that "children" should not be able to purchase weapons until they are 21. Nor should they VOTE!

How does a transparent bag help anyway? The shooter came in with a massive duffle bag with body armor in the bag and, presumably, guns. He also came in and, presumably, put the armor on. Would the cop have acted if the duffle bag was transparent?

If reports are true the question is how that POS got in undetected with all of the gear while having the time to put it on inside. That is as big of a failure as any other. Maybe he flashed his NRA member card.
