Trump caved because the two sex scandal gals made this traitorous Paul Ryan-Schumer-Pelosi Democrat budget too hard to surmount. We are down temporarily.
I planted some sunflowers from Home Depot that were having some trouble. I saw today the top roots were exposed so I piled on some dirt and watered lightly. I just checked them out ten minutes ago in the dark with a flashlight. And other things more edible that I have growing.
Trump is having dirt piled on him every day. In addition to the usual I am talking Playboy porn star dirt. He had his fun and now he has to pay the price. Obviously the Dems are trying to split DJT from Melania. This will make him stronger. Can you imagine how strong and resilient DJT has been! Have good faith. This is Easter and Passover, the season of rebirth Resurrection and renewal. We will be seeing John Bolton 2.0 who will not be an interventionist. I belive Bolton has conveyed this to Trump. Trump is cleaning house and will appoint many good people because he knows that executive power and executive actions will be much the way he has to go.
I predict that John Bolton will become a major Trump ally and confidant because he has been aching and lobbying to get back into major government service with Trump for a long time.
You should get that Trump has been going through a mini-crucifixion ever since he got elected. I hope DJT has been consulting his Christian pastors for perspective and faith. Haven't we all been suffering a mini-crucifixion small scale compared to Donald Trump? This too shall pass is what an elderly relative with Lupus used to say to me.

Betrayed? Trump was never gonna cut .gov. He didn't run on cutting the budget, he might have said outrageous things on how he could cut it, but I've never seen any indication he was gonna take spending serious.

My fear is that the Stormy Daniels affair was used as leverage to force President Trump to sign the bill. She will now slither back under the rock from whence she came, but will be waiting for the next time The Donald needs some “persuading” by the Swamp.
This is my take too. These two porny horny women made Trump temporarily weak and vulnerable. Probably getting the cold shoulder from Melania too so it’s good for DJT to have Ivanka around for support.
Trump will be back and better than ever. He is making great appointments of people he really wants, that will have his back. John Bolton says he will be cleaning house. Bolton is a very serious guy and he has learned a lesson from Iraq and his former interventionism. I sure have, so he too.
It would have been cool if after all the Congress Grifters and media assembled yesterday... That Trump gave the same speech he did yesterday, then did about face and walked silently back into the White House. Trump did not have to sign it yesterday. He should have left them all hanging for a while. Then either veto or sign it. Or just let it become law after ten days of doing nothing. This is an automatic ten day rule. (hope I have my old civics lessons correct on this)

How many votes did we get on this spending bill? Oh right we didn't get any, only the President could vote in the end and he voted wrong. He could have got the same bill with a veto override and avoided all the down side for signing it. That did not require 4D chess, checkers logic would have done it.
