Trump needs to interpret the 11th hour, 2000+ page Omnibus spending bill, undoubtedly fully compliant with Congress’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers (sarc), as an attack not only on his expertise as a dealmaker on the peoples’ behalf, but also on his valiant efforts to drain the swamp.
