Another good man gone to his reward. A mournful day for us, a glorious day for him.
Imagine the Poet’s Corner in Heaven ...
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him. By the mercy of God, may he rest in peace. Amen.
“Ich hatt’ einen Kameraden,
Einen bessern findst du nit...”

A very, very nice man ...
Sorry to heat that. I have had a number of interesting discussions with my fellow Hoosier.
RIP.
Oh my goodness! Eternal Memory. God rest you, sir.
Salute to a former vet. RIP soldier.
RIP Shibumi. We are the poorer for your absence.
I never knew he was at Phu Quoc during Vietnaminization
He was quiet about all that
:)
I think that equals: "Certified Badass".
I will miss him.
May God rest your soul and give comfort to those who loved you.
RIP fellow Hoosier
Rest in Peace David. You were a hilarious guy and I enjoyed speaking with you on the phone a couple time.
May God provide solace and warmth to his loved ones.
Good bye dear friend and see you on the other side
A good one gone from us; the Lord welcomes home a great servant. Blessings to his family as I know they shall miss him terribly. Hallelujah to David - you are Home!
Oh, Shibumi - We shall miss you very much.
Well, we know they are playing some interesting music in Heaven now.
Prayers for your family and God bless.
Best wishes, locountry1dr
Yes he was.
He was serious on the issues, yet he always tried to see the funny side of things.
Checking back over some of his last few images that he posted...he'll be missed.
RIP
Sad to hear... RIP.
