There are about 20 seats left in all of Carnegie Hall that havent been sold for Kathy Griffins comeback concert on June 26th. Most of those seats have obstructed views, or are so high up that youd need binoculars to see the comedian whose career was almost kiboshed for good last year.
What happened? In May 2017, famed photographer Tyler Shields shot her holding the bloody, decapitated head of Donald Trump. The right wing went crazy, she was criticized and ostracized. How dare she do that a sitting president? Well, thankfully, people have calmed down. The decapitating (lets not get started about Trump) was political protest art. It was outrageous but it wasnt unforgivable obviously since around 2,800 people have paid top dollar to see Griffin return.

Whomever bought the tickets can just as well pay 3000 “sycophants” to attend it.

All it means is that there are 3000 people in New York City tasteless enough to want to see this miserable excuse for a person.
Is it me or are all women comedians foul mouthed today? I used to laugh at Carol Burnett, Joan Rivers and Phyllis Diller but nowadays.... Blech!

Carnegie Hall has 3,671 seats, divided among its three auditoriums.
Main Hall: The Isaac Stern Auditorium seats 2,804 on five levels ...
Zankel Hall, which seats 599 ..
The Joan and Sanford I. Weill Recital Hall seats 268 ...
