Would Parkinson’s explain the infamous 9/11/16 seizure at her van? Maybe, but I don't think so. My brother has Parkinson's and when he has trouble he kind of just gets stuck in place, but on 9/11/16 Mrs. Bill Clinton just buckled and collapsed in front of the van.
