Four billboards have appeared in Wichita, Kansas; all of them bearing the same somber message: Andy Finch is dead. If you believe in justice, its time to file charges.
In December, a Wichita police officer fatally shot Andy Finch after a fake emergency call directed law enforcement to the 28-year-old victims home. A man in California has since been charged with involuntary manslaughter for the so-called swatting hoax call, but the victims family and community activists have repeatedly called for the officer who killed Finch who was unarmed at the time of the shooting to come under greater scrutiny. The officer has not been charged with a crime.

What does that have to do with anything? There were no gunshots heard from inside the innocent citizens home.
“They are just exploiting his death to harm the United States.”
If that cop was charged and convicted of murder, how would that harm the US?
When you have an emergency call to a house where you are told that the person inside has guns and is threatening to kill people ( which is what swatting is) the police are unlikely to wait to see if you have a gun. They are going to expect you to follow orders
Do you actually think the police are hire[d] to save us? If you do, then I urge you to rethink your position. The courts in this country have consistently ruled that the police have neither a responsibility nor an obligation to save us from anyone or anything.
Hes in Cali. They charged him with involuntary manslaughter. Too lenient for me
Why?
Read the story before you pipe up
Unfortunately they only charged involuntary manslaughter
Was not the first time he did this crap
Oh no that would make sense.
No and you might be on the wrong board
The caller has been charged with involuntary manslaughter? The intent of a swatting call is to get the target killed. That is premeditation, thus first degree murder. This should be a capital punishment case for the caller.
Er, I said save us, I didn’t say a cop said it.
“If that cop was charged and convicted of murder, how would that harm the US?”
Really? You’re going to play it that way? You expect me to believe that you need to have that explained to you? And then waste time typing in what is self-evident to everyone here?
No. You know exactly what I meant. In joining this war on the police you are collaborating with the forces of evil.
If you send someone into danger in your place, what do you call it?
Interstate utility use. Federal case. Execute the xxx.
I contend it would benefit the rule of law and the cause of liberty.
And by means of ensuring all men are held to the same standard of law, without immunity.
How would you or I fare if we “mistakenly” shot a cop?
That’s how the officer should be treated by the law.
And no, sir, it’s you who are collaborating with the forces of evil.
Blindly.
