Four billboards have appeared in Wichita, Kansas; all of them bearing the same somber message: Andy Finch is dead. If you believe in justice, its time to file charges.
In December, a Wichita police officer fatally shot Andy Finch after a fake emergency call directed law enforcement to the 28-year-old victims home. A man in California has since been charged with involuntary manslaughter for the so-called swatting hoax call, but the victims family and community activists have repeatedly called for the officer who killed Finch who was unarmed at the time of the shooting to come under greater scrutiny. The officer has not been charged with a crime.

The one who did the swatting is guilty of murder and must be executed. No exceptions.
An unarmed man, alone, walked out on the porch of his home and was shot by cops stationed behind cover, and all with vest and helmet on.
There is no level of outrage on your part, nor any other coincident circumstances that can justify that.
But your welcome to try to justify that murder if you wish.
It’ll at least be entertaining to watch.
And for anyone to think that has anything to do with an active shooter at a school is ludicrous...even IF their were dead bodies in the house.
And there was not.
Sequel to "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri"?
SWATTING bump for later....
Tell us just which school and what kids this is about?
Is there ANY limit to cop misbehavior in your world?
We want them to confirm by direct personal observation that the potential shootee strongly appears to be a direct and immediate threat to others before shooting them dead.
Is that really too much to expect?
The cop who shot Andy Finch needs to spend several decades in prison.
Or executed by firing squad, as an example to the others that shooting unarmed, non-threatening persons will no longer be tolerated.
“Is that really too much to expect?”
Apparently it is for a large number of LEO on this site.
And you’d think they’d be aware enough to know they need people like us to maintain support for them.
But at crunch time, they always retreat to the Blue Wall, Above All.
And that’s a long-term disaster for them and those who cannot protect themselves.
Any you honestly wonder why MacDonalds pees in your free food?
the cognitive bias of illusory superiority
3rd sentence.

“So, skin headed, bloused booted, ‘roided thugs————”
That certainly doesn’t describe any cops that I know, and several run in the Marine Corps Marathon every year.

If he made a mistake, we forgive him and perhaps fire him.
If he intentionally broke the law, we treat him as a criminal.
We don't join the cop-haters in the destruction of our culture.
It makes it just a little easier to deal with to know that so many people care about what happened to my son.
They don’t give a rat’s furry little patoot about your son. They are just exploiting his death to harm the United States.
The article says the caller was charged with involuntary manslaughter.
We don't hold them to the same standard they would hold us to?
“I think the men we hire to save us always get the benefit of the doubt”
Save us?
In addition to the Dunning-Kruger effect, whoever thinks like that has a Messiah complex.
And should not be wearing a badge.
Who the hell will “save us” from them?
Intentionally shooting an unarmed, non-threatening person to death is not a “mistake”.
It’s murder.
Giving cops a free pass to shoot dead anyone they don’t like is a far greater threat to our culture.
