Mueller: Drug dealer Boston never stopped being a major entry point of narcotics into the USA, when Whitey Bulger disappeared. Nope - The FBI/CIA took it over.
Bulger got to walk and was protected. He had all the dirt on the FBI. The FBI inherited the drug routes.

U.S. Senate Passes Omnibus Spending Bill The Senate passed a $1.3 trillion spending bill to fund the government through September 30 in a vote of 65-32. The measure was approved by the House earlier today by a vote of 256-167. The White House says President Trump will sign the bill.
