To be fair, it looks to me like her footwear has teflon soles that have zero traction. That’s what you get for choosing footwear for how it looks instead of how it walks.

Those are Birkenstocks and they’re supposed to have great traction.

In the slipping scenes, it does look like she was wearing sandals that had zero traction soles.

In the later pix, after the wrist incident, she is wearing sandals that seem to have rubber soles (for better traction).

Adding to that the toe breakage in London, Hillary does need to be careful. It sounds as if she suffers from fragile bones. One significant fall could ‘do her in’.
