We, and Trump, have been without an AG since the arrival of Sessions, already. Sessions demurred to the next in line, to the hold overs in the JD eschelon of the Obama-Holder Swamp creeps.

Trump has had to go around him, since Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell were/are ready to launch an insurrection if Trump fired Mr. Magoo. It is odd that Trump didn’t accept his resignation, when Sessions offered it, but why have a dust up with the hill when Trump knows very well how to go around an obstacle, even when the obstacle is sitting right in front of him, at JD.

In response to your “b.” - Trump can do a recess appointment of anyone he likes. They can legally do the job for a year without senate confirmation, I believe.

About point B. Congress is in an election year,,,,if Trump fires a shot across the Senate’s bow and fires both Sessions and Rosenstein, then even the threats of impeachment are off the table. Congress doesn’t want the mess.

Is it 7 years where an individual can not be prosecuted or taken to court for any wrongdoing?

As u can see, I am no lawyer but if this is true then we have lost so much time in prosecuting the following: Hillary Clintoon, Bill Clintoon, The Clintoon Foundation, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice, Moochelle Obama, Comey, Clapper, Brennan, The America Hating Obama & any other Rats that are not named above.

U r very correct in ststing that the Clintons have a nice generous amount of money stashed in a Swiss Bank acct. or somewhere else where it can never be investigated?
