The family of slain Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Fox News, one of the network's reporters, and a wealthy Texas businessman over their roles in the publication of a baseless conspiracy theory about Rich's 2016 death.
The lawsuit, filed in US District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeks compensation for "mental anguish and emotional distress, emotional pain and suffering, and any other physical and mental injuries."

Does this show that the Deep State closed ranks to protect what really happened? Will the family also sue Donna’s Brassiere since since the murder scared the beejeezus out of her indicating her belief in a conspiracy? Will Seth Rich’s death and Donald Young’s death become permanently cryo-frozen cold cases to protect Democrat hit squads and affiliated handlers?

I plan on suing the History Channel. They recently showed a “documentary” that proved Russia worked with Trump to win the election. It caused emotional distress.
