A former recruiter for Google is suing the tech company alleging it used discriminatory hiring practices that put whites and Asians at a disadvantage to other groups and that it fired him after he complained about it.
Arne Wilberg, who filed the lawsuit in late January in California Superior Court in San Mateo County, claims that Google carried out policies for the past several years reflected in multiple bulletins, memorandum, charts and other documents that favored Hispanic, African-American and female job applicants and were against white and Asian men, according to his lawsuit.
Wilberg, who recruited candidates for engineering and technology positions for YouTube and parent company Google, also alleges in the suit that for several quarters Google would not make employment offers for technical positions to applicants who were not diverse," which the lawsuit alleges Google defined as women, black and Latino.
The lawsuit said Wilberg complained about this to his managers and HR. He was fired in November for, among other things, not meeting goals and talking too much in meetings, reasons that the lawsuit called pretextual.
Plaintiff was an exemplary employee and received positive performance evaluations until he began opposing illegal hiring and recruiting practices at Google, the complaint asserts.

Over the past few years I’ve realized that there are few companies left that aren’t guilty of reverse discrimination. Professional forums are filled with tokens asking others how to do their jobs; I haven’t answered in years. “Mentoring” now means screwing a qualified person out of a job with a token; in my experience it takes AT LEAST TWO tokens to fill any real positions - at least!
This has been going on for over a decade in the corporate world and college admissions...

Corporate HR Departments are to the Left of the faculty at your local college/indoctrination center. Yes, it is time to break up some of these tech trusts.
At some point, you will start to see a trend where people go into a university on day one, and announce themselves to being one-half American Indian, eventually even adding some name-change to hype themselves and their resume.
So down the line by 2030....half-a-million fake American Indian technology engineers will exist and Google will proudly hint of their great ability to draw American Indians into their line of work.

You are so correct. I interact with people in my profession doing business with other businesses then I will see the same people in the private forums for products and services asking how to do the simplest tasks. If their client actually knew the real lack of knowledge this person has they would fire them in a minute, or as some have done, not cared and kept throwing money at them. When bad vendors are finally let go by the client and I happen to speak with them they are so turned off by their past experience they hesitate to hire again which will delay increased revenue for their business.
The legal discovery process should be interesting. What sorts of smoking gun evidence of hiring discrimination is Google hiding?

And, therein can also be found free speech discrimination, discrimination against Christians, discrimination against heterosexuals, discrimination against white men, Southerners, the military, Republicans, and those who do not vilify Donald Trump each and every day, 24/7. How can we not think that at the end of their rainbow lies the seed of genocide for those they have begun to discriminate against. History clearly shows us the signs of where all of this leads. Where are the men and women with the power courage and wisdom enough to stop this march?
If he has copies of the memo's, etc, he has a case.
Discriminate law also covers retaliation.
If he wins this then next should be a class action lawsuit for every white and asian male who ever sent Google a resume.
This is illegal, wrong, and unconstitutional. Doesn’t matter if it’s called “affirmative action,” “diversity,” or some other nonsense. Doesn’t matter if a law allows it. That law is invalid, and not binding.

In my experience they seek documentation of that (at least for other minorities); don’t know how that works with American Indians. Here in NJ we have a fake Indian tribe (”Ramapoughs”) that are actually mulattoes (primarily Dutch and black ancestry) that the federal government won’t recognize but NY and NJ do. They were simply poor hill people who decided it was more profitable to be Indians; there is no DNA link to real Indians.
It is absurd; I was visited by a bank that wanted to do business and they sent a token with two older mentors. After being told the token would work with our accounts, I proceeded to ask him specific questions about the products we used with other banks...and the two old guys answered all the questions. No thanks; they were months from retirement, then I’d have nobody to actually service us.
