DACA itself was illegal. Congress didn’t pass it. Obama signed an executive order on his way out the door.

When Obama started this illegal program in July of 2012, the opposition party should have been in court the next day to stop him.
If we had an opposition party we would not be dealing with DACA.

We need to trim the Federal Courts power to interfere with the Executive Branch, and to stop this business of one Leftist Judge, disrupting legitimate government functions. Personally, I’d like to see Trump send US Marshals to the two courts that are gumming up the DACA business and take them into custody.

A federal judge ruled Monday that President Trump’s phaseout of the Obama-era DACA program is legal, adding heft to the administration’s defense... We need MORE rational judges... this is a win but in an area we need many more wins...
