A federal judge ruled Monday that President Trump’s phaseout of the Obama-era DACA program is legal, adding heft to the administration’s defense but doing little to solve the ongoing court quagmire.
The ruling does not overturn two other federal courts, who had previously blocked the phaseout, which was supposed to take effect Monday. But it does offer a needed boost as the Justice Department appeals those other two rulings.

How can it not be legal? It’s ridiculous.
DACA itself was illegal. Congress didn’t pass it. Obama signed an executive order on his way out the door.

When Obama started this illegal program in July of 2012, the opposition party should have been in court the next day to stop him.
If we had an opposition party we would not be dealing with DACA.
Too bad the Chief Justice won’t hold the warranted remedial Constitution familiarization classes so many Fed. Judges seem to need.
We need to trim the Federal Courts power to interfere with the Executive Branch, and to stop this business of one Leftist Judge, disrupting legitimate government functions. Personally, I’d like to see Trump send US Marshals to the two courts that are gumming up the DACA business and take them into custody.
Trump needs to start enforcing section 8 across the board. That would be a good way to fight back the left.
Speed up the appointment of POTUS Trump's judges! Also, action to remove the corrupt Obama-era and Clinton-era partisan hack bench appointments is a necessity to reestablish justice -- judges can't veto a President. Thanks jazusamo.

In the articlevit says the two courts blocking it made this ruling irrelevant. So we still have DACA, no wall.. wow.
