The grand jury investigating alleged collusion between Russia and Donald Trump's presidential campaign has sent a witness a subpoena seeking all documents involving the president and a host of his closest advisers, according to a copy of the subpoena reviewed by NBC News.

According to the subpoena, which was sent to a witness by special counsel Robert Mueller, investigators want emails, text messages, work papers, telephone logs and other documents going back to Nov. 1, 2015, 4½ months after Trump launched his campaign.

Hi Liz
For a guy it’s all about being over 70 years old and still earning money. Being able to get out of the house, getting away from the wife and still working. I saw this with my father who was a great guy. It was big boost to his ego to report to his union’s office and do some counseling and paper shuffling work after his real working years were over. AND to get paid for this.

See how the Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney are still touring even though they are 73 plus years old. They feel superior to their musical contemporaries who are not in demand and who cannot draw a large paying audience....even fill stadiums.
Much of the above has to do with the work ethic of the World War Two Generation.

Bob Mueller accepted being Special Prosecutor for the prestige and the paycheck. Plus being able to conspire with and have some laughs with his old DC friends and enemies. Mueller may be worth 10 million or more (guessing) but still being needed and making $150,000 per year is a huge ego boost at his age. He gets to feel superior to his buddies the same age who are left puttering around the house or are half ill.

Once again — Mueller is not doing any real work as Special Prosecutor. He serves as the useful, “non-partisan” (yeah right!) figurehead. His younger eager beaver underlings do all the hard work.

I can’t believe you pulled out the “’63 Wong Sun” reference. But, seriously, you are correct. Excellent discussion, BTW.

Yes, yes, yes, I totally agree. He’s addicted to cashingU govt paychecks......guy will do anything for a buck as long as the taxpayers are footing the bills.

Which reminds me:
<><> Has the IRS weighed in on this charade yet?
Seeing as how they are the nation’s top law-enforcement agency.
<><> How much has he collected in perks?
<><> Did he declare all his extra income on his returns?
<><> Who signs off on Mueller’s vouchers?
<><> Is anybody on the S/P staff related to him?
<><> Did he create jobs out of thin air for girlfriends, cronies and relatives?
<><> Has anybody checked the S/P’s Information Technology Systems?

we should also consider that besides possible government fraud, serial misuse of public office, confiscation of tax dollars, etc, it is also possible that Mueller and other S/P officials may have engaged in other questionable activity:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241 (Conspiracies Against Civil Rights)

Mobilization of full investigations centering on her involvement in RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) he is employed by or associated with an enterprise (2) that engaged in undermining public safety and adversely affected interstate commerce and that (3) Mueller managed the enterprise (4) through a “pattern” (5) of racketeering activity, and that (6) taxpayers and children of taxpayers were injured by reason of a “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Taxpayers should demand investigations by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> FBI — Wire Fraud Division
<><> IRS-Law Enforcement Unit
<><> DOJ’s Office of the Inspector General,
<><> Dept of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.
<><> DOJ’s Criminal Division— Public Integrity Section
<><> DOJ Criminal Division—Organized Crime Section.
<><> IRS Criminal Investigation Division
<><> Dept of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security

Time to call this jackass’s bluff. Show your cards or fold.

Either way, the old fool goes home empty handed to obscurity and all of his eager minions scatter like the rats they are.

This has nothing to do with Russia collusion.
Why is Sessions allowing this witch hunt?

It is about digging up dirt on Trump and his campaign associates.

There are only three ways Mueller stops.

1. They throw a phony charge at Trump
2. They hound him till he's out of office to weaken him and his agenda
3. Civil war breaks out

Folks, the Swamp doesn't care about the rule of law, they're willing to take the country down with them and they don't expect to go. What do moral people do about it? Why aren't protesters hounding Mueller at his home and around DC?

So if what Mueller is doing is supposed to be proper, why can’t we do the same to the next Dem POTUS who gets elected?

Trump represents the will of the voters.

Mueller represents the will of the Washington sewer.

Bingo!

Mueller want to x-ray all of Trumps paper clips for secret codes from Russia and look for money in the tires of his jet.........
Mueller proves to be a pawn for Hillary and crime co.
