That’s what she did, make no mistake about it. And it was brilliant. Politically risky, yes. But Schaaf stood up to hate.

No, what she did was obstruct justice and will have to answer for it. In California, can you be in San Quentin and still be Mayor of Oakland?
ITEM-—If Mayor Schaff signed off on falsified official documents, its a criminal RICO case....... as well as an asset forfeiture matter.
ITEM-—anyone can file a RICO-—you dont need a lawyer-—plenty of how-tos on the net.
ITEM—Besides government fraud, misuse of public office, confiscation of tax dollars, etc, it is also possible that Mayor Schaff and other Oakland officials committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.
<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),
<><> 18 U.S.C. §241 (Conspiracies Against Civil Rights)
<><> Mobilization of full investigations centering on her involvement in RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) she is employed by or associated with an enterprise (2) that engaged in undermining public safety and adversely affected interstate commerce and that (3) Mayor Shaff managed the enterprise (4) through a “pattern” (5) of racketeering activity, and that (6) the taxpayers and children of taxpayers were injured by reason of a “pattern” of racketeering activity.
<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

I completely agree. We have been told this was going to happen, but it hasn’t. I am getting impatient.
I wonder if Oakland had an American citizen in jail who is wanted on a Federal charge, would they hold him for arrest by the Feds or would they release him like they do for illegals? Equal justice for Americans?
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf and her incompetent city staff killed 36 people in the Ghost Ship fire equal to two plus Parkland High School massacres. Last year there were 76 murders in Oakland equal to 4.5 Parklands. Maybe the mayor should focus on crime in her community instead of protecting criminals
Barf, barf, barf! This mayor should be arrested. And sanctuary cities and states should have federal funding cut off.
She is also violating the oath of office she swore to.
Okay, lets says this stands. What other federal laws can state and local governments ignore? Civil rights laws, voting rights laws, EPA, DOE, DOT, ATF clean water act? Where does it stop?

Just arrest her and place her in one of those prisons with no name. Disappear her, let no one know where she is. Put her in indefinite hold under a terrorism charge against the US, and let her sit there until trial. When she is allowed to come out, she will attempt to rouse the illegals into a riot situation. You then charge her again under the terrorism statutes, in leading an insurrection against the US government, and put her on trial for treason
In a sane country should would be “disappeared” never to be seen again. You just cannot defy clear and reasonable laws.

Oakland mayor is a race baiting delusional woman. Her delusions are hidden by the leftist policy goals...but her delusions will be exposed and her downfall will occur when her city becomes even more crime ridden and bankrupt.

The Left openly hates America and Americans. So it shouldn’t be surprising that they cheer and protect criminals who harm Americans. Their political philosophy at this point is basically sadism.
I am sure all the people who came here legally, went through all the steps, and waited in line hated this.
