Video: Oklahoma mother-daughter duo shoot would-be robber in their liquor store

A mother and daughter took matters into their own hands and shot a would-be robber at their liquor store in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Police said the man was armed with a shotgun and demanded money. When he walked away, one of the women reached for a handgun under the counter and shot the suspect.
The man managed to grab the mother and that's when the daughter shot him again. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Not with that video in OK, IMO - not if the DA likes his job and has re-election plans. This is in my county so I would anxiously await my jury summons to be in the pool the week they try that case.

This one is excellent, and in the same genre, this is also making the rounds, and is a great story. This is the saga of a Good Guy with a Real gun always beats a bad guy with a fake gun.

Nope. The shotgun matters not at that point. Mom still had her revolver and he was physically wrestling her for it. Any part of him she could shoot is fair game legally.
